Pros +
- Room was clean and house keeping staff was friendly.
- It is quiet., as the construction site beside do not work at night unlike another hotel i stayed nearby before. As its slightly behind the road, hence there was no traffic noise.
- Clean, spacious, good shower
Cons -
- The food at the breakfast area was not great. But there are many cute cafes in the area to attend.
- The chain securing the door was missing, the sound of the next room opening and closing is quite loud, and without the chain, you cannot sleep in peace as you will worry about someone opening your door
- Breakfast poor for western tastes

water is dirty. guess the pipes or storage tank is too old. black sand is coming out of the pipes. and if i cancel and change hotel, I still got to pay for the rest of the nights which i book.
Bathtub which is not common for rooms with this price. The rume size is big.
The room facility outdated and some things were broken.
The room had a nice bathtub, and breakfast was provided. However, the breakfast was nothing to brag about, and was a bit limited. The room was clean, and the location is ideal.
My plan was to stay in this hotel for a few days until I found an apartment in the city. Fortunately, I found an apartment quicker than expected, and wanted to check out a day early. I went to the front desk to do so, and the woman told me I had to cancel through Booking.com. However, Booking.com showed that I could cancel at the hotel. I showed her this, and then her story changed and she said I couldn't cancel. I don't like being lied to. Most hotels I've stayed at will let you leave early, and at least give a partial refund for the remaining time, this hotel didn't. That would have been tolerable if not for the lie.
We have a small buffet for breakfast with some Vietnamese dishes, and I give six out of ten for these dishes. The staff is friendly.
The umbrella that I borrowed from reception was leaking when I was going in the rain.
Nothing ,
Everything, the room was not properly clean. They don’t have a clear Manu for food etc
I would definitely stay again wheneve I visit vietnam
