Pros +
- Location: city central - lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby
- clean rooms, working appliances, good price, nice view. the receptionist was very patient with me and my google translate, very accommodating, let me stay additional nights without raising the rate. i wasn't feeling well on my check-out date so he said i could rest in my room until it was time to catch my bus in the late afternoon. would definitely stay here again.
- The room isn't new but not bad because it's quite neat and spacious. There is parking space in front of the hotel and an elevator. The location is quite convenient with a grocery store on the opposite and you can walk to central market as well as other location in the center.
Cons -
- Staff: No English spoken; very young and inexperienced; offered no assistance; had to wake up desk clerk when checking outCleanliness: No housekeeping (4 night stay); room not cleaned prior to my arrivalBuilding: Only minimal updating since built (1970s?); no safe in room (did not feel comfortable leaving anything there while out; lobby is dismal - appearance of a storeroom and motorbike parking garage
- nah
- Some areas were a bit dusty. The towels were a bit old and dry, with bits of fabric coming out of them. Sometime at night, there were ants on the bed. Plus, there is no electric kettles. The room gave off a feeling of lacking proper care and consideration. Another thing was that the receptionist insisted on keeping our IDs, although legally he had no right to do that. Overall, it was OK for basic needs but not a very enjoyable stay.

The room was simple but clean and provided with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though they didn’t speak English. They used google translate though.
