New hotel with large rooms and friendly staff

Unfortunately the pool was closed but that might have been because we arrived in the evening

Super comfy hotel with friendly and helpful staff! One of the best hotels I have been in Vietnam.

The hotel staff are fantastic. Particularly Mrs Hoa, who took me on her own motorbike to a pharmacy to pick up cough medicine for my sister...then to stop for banh mi, juice and water.The facilities are lovely, rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast has a nice variety. Staff was very responsive to our needs.Will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Pleiku

construction noise. I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel during the day, so it didn't affect me much, but it got a little loud sometimes.

Good location. Clean and modern rooms. Excellent view from room. Good buffet and friendly staff.

This hotel was where I stayed on my last night in Vietnam. I was originally planning to leave earlier, but when I opened the app and saw a discount, I decided to book the last available room. Although it was the cheapest option, the service was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

I spend two nights in the hotel. The location is quite good 'cos it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Đại Đoàn Kết square. For those who are runners, they can easily find the route to get running tracklog in the morning. The facilities are in good condition, the room is spacious and clean and I can see the new year atmosphere in the hotel. Car parking is also free and easy to get access toThe staff are accommodating and helpful. They give clear information of Pleiku city and help us to hire a motor bike with reasonable price. Also the staff in the restaurant are very nice and caring, they served good foods for breakfast. There is a small shop in the hotel which provides local specialities such as coffee, cashew...The hotel goes beyond my expectations! I will recommend this hotel to my friend or will get a room if I visit this beautiful city next time! I must send my thanks to the management and staff for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service :))

The second day, I move to smaller room located in the middle of the building (The room is available at 10AM and the bellman helped us to carry luggage to the room carefully). There is one think I dislike is that the toilet is designed near the WC door and it is only 15 cm far from the wall so it 's hard for big size person to use the toilet (This note is for the architect :P). The toilet in the triple room is quite comfortable. Other than that, everything is quite good and I get my money's worth!

While the food wasn't very diverse, it was delicious and was almost always kept warm, even though we started breakfast at 9 AM.

This is a fine hotel ... if you're "lucky." Unfortunately, we weren't. Our arrival coincided with absolutely jarring construction work that began at 7:45 a.m. for the two days of our stay. This wasn't normal 'noise" either, it was jackhammer noise! Our room was close to it as well, explained as constructing a new stairway. I'm sure it was necessary, but the hotel should have been closed during this time. How could management possibly expect their guests to have a comfortable stay under such terrible conditions??

The non-stop jackhammer construction noise throughout the day!!!! I had to go up to the pool area just to get away from the noise, marginally, in order to get some work done.

Nice room plenty of space

Booked it because it had a pool that was on the 5th floor thinking I could go and chill for the day in the sun by the pool but no it’s basically a pool inside with no sunbathing area

Personally, I don't see many hotel options around this city area. I chose this hotel because it looks nice. The room is decent and clean, although not perfect.

The room is clean, small but tidy, and has a beautiful view. However, the bathroom is a bit small. Can easily walk to nearby restaurants to find a place for dinner.

A mid-range hotel with good prices, and the female staff are friendly and sociable.

Located right in the center of Pleiku, it was convenient for our short visit to see friends. The service was quick, and I really enjoyed the pool on the fifth floor, which was not crowded at all compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. My room particularly beautiful, but it is filled with natural light. Especially for the price I paid, having breakfast included is fantastic

Location and staff are ok

New hotel, saying 3 star, but it is not 3 stars upto standard , very simple breakfast, they don't provide breakfast when they don't have enough guests, we booked this hotel because they stayed on Booking.com with breakfast

Newly built hotel, rooms are very clean and beautiful. Location in the city center is convenient for travel. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. Next time I will come back!!

Nice big room and inventary and very good breakfast. Staff was very helpfully and friendly. In the middle of the city.

Shower should have divider to keep the bathroom dry. Aircon blows wind directly to the bed, which is uncomfortable.
