Good breakfast, good sized room. Friendly staff and central location.

Actually, I really liked this hotel.The room even had a mosquito net, which is hard to find in Laos! The fridge, air conditioner, and water heater all worked perfectly.The room was spacious enough, and while the mountain-view side can be busier, the hotel-view side was quiet.The reception staff were kind and very helpful, and when I asked to change rooms, he responded right away.The swimming pool was clean, and the hotel’s location in the center of Vang Vieng was very convenient. The price was also reasonable.I liked the hotel so much that I stayed for more than a month.

However, one day when I was returning, I saw a Chinese guest arguing with the reception.When I asked him, he said some money he left in his room had gone missing and that the hotel owner wasn’t helping him.The argument continued until the police arrived.I don’t know whether someone really stole the money, or if the guest simply miscalculated the amount.But after the incident, I felt that the hotel owner wasn’t very cooperative.Seeing that, I thought that if my money ever went missing, the hotel would probably respond the same way.Even though I continued to stay there, the uneasy feeling remained.It really is a great hotel, but just to be safe, I strongly recommend that you never leave your money in the room.

The staff were friendly helped us book a taxi to the airport when asked to help they seemed interested and were genuinely trying to help. All staff spoke English very well.

Staff were attentive and answered all of our questions such as renting a motorbike. They offered rentals on site. The room deco is very nice and comfortable, very spacious.

Great location, good value and convenient having a nice breakfast on site with good coffee and very reasonable.

The room was very clean, sheets and towels seemed pretty new, check in was easy & quick. They let us store our luggage on the day of arrival before check in.

The room was nice! Breakfast was tasty and varied and the pool was great.We stayed for 4 nights which was perfect. Staff was always willing to help.

I had a wonderful stay at A P S . The place is run by lovely staffs were incredibly kind and welcoming. They helped me with all my questions and were always very responsive. The accommodations were comfortable and spotlessly clean!

Overall experience was good, location is great, staff was amazing, the hotel is clean and quiet, i recommend to for anyone who visit Vang Vieng.

Comfortable, very clean, warm friendly anfyhelpful staff, a few speak excellent English the Pool was fabulous after a day in the hot sun. Great view. Breakfast simple but fresh on the terrace. The only thing I would change would be the pillows they were too high and hard to apart from that one little thing I would recut his hotel as good value for the money

I stayed here as an emergency stay as I fell in whilst in a hostel and needed a cheap private room for the night. The location is ok just slightly out the centre and the bed was big. Staff were super friendly! The guy behind reception who was Vietnamese drove me to the hospital on the back of his bike and made sure I got there safe I can’t credit him enough.

The whole property is run down and looks very old. My bathroom stunk of damp the entire time. For £15 a night you get what you pay for I guess but the standards are very low and definitely not the 4* hotel it’s advertised as
