Very nice owner, Good value for the price you’re paying. Good AC and comfortable beds.

Didn’t have water in the sink. The owner told me it would take a day to fix it. The stairs to reach the room were a bit off. Watch your head.

Good location and decent size room and bathroom beds were comfy

It was a little overpriced and not the cleanest, like it was fine but for like €15 euro a night the sheets had some stains the bathroom lock was broken. I had booked a double room but instead they only had twin rooms available and rooms were a little dingey but overall was fine

Somebody was sick on the stairs and it wasn’t cleaned up for a while. Bathroom had a strange odour at times but was clean!

There is no lift.our room was in third floor.Stairs are so difficult to climb.There is no deposit money instead of original passport for rental motorbikes.

There is a kettle at the first floor to have some coffee or tea. There is a boiler or cooler. Nice staff. Clean.

Accommodation in Laos must be 4 stars or higher. It was almost similar, so I chose a place that was clean and had a good location, but this time, I was a little disappointed because it was so different from the picture. I was wondering what the cleanliness was like, but the air conditioning was the worst. I was sweating all the time and had no choice but to change my accommodation to another nearby place the next day. I didn't know that I would be moving my room after only 1 night out of a 4-night reservation. The owner was friendly and nice, but the air conditioning was unavoidable. I needed to sleep well, but it was so hot that I had no choice but to change accommodations, even though paying for 3 nights was a waste. I trusted the Booking.com ratings. It was disappointing this time
