Grand Earl Hotel

Good location, close to rail station. Close to 7-11 and many shops and eateries.

Location is great, nearby many shops and food vendors. Close to rail station.

Stayed in 2 different rooms, first room was on 8th floor, this room was a quad on 11th floor. We paid more for the quad, but were unable to stay in original 8th floor room so we had to check out and check back in. We liked the 8th floor room better.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Earl Hotel in Douliu. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to city centre and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant and reliable choice for exploring the area.

Breakfast could get quite hectic during peak hours, and seating was sometimes shared at round tables with other guests. We understood, as the hotel was very busy at those times.

Location is ideal , we found the inhouse parking a little narrow for our liking, so we parked at the multi-storey carpark which was located a few min walk away. I like it that at least there is an option to park in another location (no need to pay for parking).

The Breakfast was pretty standard, ate there for 2 mornings, Average, I found the food cold so maybe need to endure that the food is kept warm.

Property was located in a great location in Douliu, near the train station and easy shopping area.

Free breakfasts were included for our stay made it easy in the morning. The choices were pretty good, from traditional to western style breakfast.

Great location. Large rooms. Good breakfast.

Doesn't smell fresh on the hallway and in the room. Had to open windows as soon as I arrived. Deco looks dated.

Room is clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly.

The basement is little small so that your car might be able to park there. The water supplier is not enough.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast options with a mix of continental and Taiwanese. They have free bicycle rentals which is great to explore the surrounding area.

I read on several websites that they have a gym... but I didn't see one.

Centrally located this hotel provides good accommodation with good sized rooms. The hotel carpark was undergoing renovation when we arrived and the staff directed me to a carpark thst was free via the hotel and just a couple of streets away.

Very nice hotel right in the center. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Bicycle parking.

Central location, nice breakfast, bike storage in the garage.

Simple but cleanThe staffs are also niceThe Location is perfect

It is located at the busy area of Douliu. There are limited parking spaces available.

The AC was not cool enough. Even after requesting for a few times, nothing was changed. It was difficult for me to sleep at night.

Very big room. We got an upgrade to a 2 x double room. Luxury bathroom. Great breakfast wirh a view over the city at the 12th floor. In the centre but quiet at night. Friendly helpfull staff.

If a should comment a thing, it would be a 10 if the bed was a king size.

Location is very near to the train station. Hotel provide bicycle and scooter rental which is very useful.

Cannot check in earlier. We reached 1pm but room was not ready.

Location is convenient near Train station and bus stop.

Before midnight when we were preparing to sleep, the alarm bell suddenly sound off loudly giving guests a shock. We have to assemble at the reception area and wait for instruction to clear the reason for the alarm. This never happens before whenever I travelled.

The location and view at the top of the building. We enjoyed the time staying at the bar.

the environment is fine

the bed, room and tv is very old

The breakfast is so yummy, because there are some fresh vegetables. Kids like the French fries, and bread.

The bed is too soft. If the other one gets out of the bed, it will shake terribly.

Clean room and good service.
