Fantastic, quiet location with a gorgeous beach.

The rooms are a little old and probably need a deep clean, but they were tidy and comfortable.

Location is prime! At the far end of the beach so quite private and quiet at night

Room cleaning left a lot to be desired and the furniture needs updating as things are falling apart

It's quite and comfortable. Staff were very helpful aswell

The restaurant might have been a bit more open, but with all of the restaurants nearby it really was not an issue, would recommend renting a scooter.

The location is great, very picturesque. The view from the room was excellent. The staff were great. It's at the peaceful end of the beach away from the busier parts of the beach. Good for snorkeling off the rocks near the hotel.

The hotel needs to do more to clear the beach of plastic etc. someone should be out there every morning tidying up. The hotel charges an extra 150 baht per day for a child to have breakfast! (On the first morning mine had two waffles at 75 baht each!) The breakfast was that typical standard Thai hotel breakfast, very ordinary. The introduction of an omelette station and the option of an egg pan would improve it.

We had a beach view villa was amazing to see the sea and beach while in bed. And loved sitting on veranda and just admiring the view. Beach was beautiful with crystal clear sea and fine powdery sand

Breakfast could be improved by offering fresh eggs/omelettes/pancakes on request and more choice for European visitors

Basic accomodation for the price, a little rundown..

This is a great resort situated directly on the beach 150 meters from where boat can drop you at wharf. A walk along the sand..or you can catch ferry to main wharf and catch pick up. The staff are amazing very happy to assist you with any requests. Rooms vary in quality and location we selected the grand room and it was right on beach fantastic. Koh Samet has a undiscovered feel about it although there are many resorts and hotels.Each beach has fine sand blue very clean water. Be aware that only 1 ATM on the island and most places require cash. ATM has just re opened

Very nice location, very friendly staff. The rooms along the swimming pool definitely need some refreshment/renovation.

Location is fantastic, at one end of a lovely beach. Restaurants nearby, but also very peaceful and tranquil. The seafront cabins have a great view and ambiance. Staff are friendly.My frustration is that it could be so much better: beach sun loungers upgraded, breakfast, higher level of service etc etc. Initial room allocated had double bed pushed against the wall and therefore only accessible from one side ,,,, for the money I find this ridiculous and reluctantly paid supplement for slightly better room.

The room was very nice, with a view to the sea and right in front of the beach. Staff were really helpful.

The breakfast could be improved. The hotel area at the beach could benefit from a bar service there

Nice staff and good location. Pool-room was good.

Garden view room was not up to standard. There could have been more sunbeds at the beach with umbrellas. Too much chemicals in the pool.

We had just one pillow per person on bed. Room was very small. Walls not soundproof, heard alot next door. Breakfast was just okay.

Very nice and quiet location , amazing sunrise, nice restaurant , great beach with good choice of restaurant very friendly personnel The villas on the beach are quiet nice despite minimal decoration .

Breakfast is average and some of the rooms are really basic and would benefit being relocated (rendez vous room for ex ).

Beautiful location, facilities need updating, some comfortable seating in the breakfast area and a little more on the menu would work wonders

the bed to hard website declareed hotel full but when we asked it was empty .so we didn't stay longer

it is on a lovely beach with plenty of restaurants but also less busy than others. It was good to be able walk the trails to the other beaches.

Lovely location on the beach but at the far end so slightly removed from the busier part but still a couple of mins walk. Very lovely and helpful staff.

Room was very basic. No safe, no space for clothes. Not enough sun beds.

Beautiful staff and facilities! Nice relaxing atmosphere far enough from the party side of the island but close enough if you want to go there. Best coffee of the beach for sure!
