Nothing is best in this hotel. There were BIG Roche and bugs in the room. Awful mildew smell and the location is far from the beach. Will never stay there again.

Breakfast was wonderful and tasty! Restaurant food was delicious! It was easy to rent and park a scooter. Busy beaches were a short scooter ride away. Pool was wonderful and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our first room there were lots of ant. The ac quit one night but the gave us a new room the next day. It had no ants. There were lots of stairs to get to our room.

Staff is nice. Pool is good. Location is good. The view from the room is exceptional.

+ Bungalows are nice and comfortable, comfy beds, good air conditioners, very quiet and clean Beautiful garden and views of the harbour. - Staff doesn’t speak English, so every question becomes a challenge. You are also not able to reconcile bills if put daily charges on the room, as they are kept in Thai language. Location is eerie, as it’s not so well-developed side of the island next to marina. From both sides of the hotel there are half-abandoned properties with lots of rubbish. No people go into the sea on that beach, which made us question water quality. We ended up taking taxis to the beautiful beaches in the south of the island on daily basis, which were additional costs.

Like: accommodation is very good, clean, well-air conditioned. Needed family accommodation - got 2 rooms with a small sitting room in a separate bungalow, which was very convenient. Very quiet, had very good sleep at nights. Good WiFi coverage. Dislike: be prepared - staff doesn’t speak English or any other foreign language. Every question or request is a challenge. We stayed few days, putting daily charges on the room, and then it was a challenge to reconcile as all records were in Thai language. Location: the hotel itself is nice, but it’s located at a not well developed area of the Koh Samet island, very close to a busy pier. The beach is eerie and not clean. Rare people wander in bewilderment as nearly nobody swims in the sea. Our guess was that it’s due to water quality - as the beach overlooks mainland across a narrow stretch of water, and together with nearby marina it negatively contributes into water quality. We ended up paying daily for taxis to get us to few beautiful and clean beaches on the south part of the island. Breakfast lacks variety of fruits and proper coffee.

To start, the location. Out of the hustle bustle enough to be quiet and relaxing without much traffic but close enough (5 min or so on motorbike) that it's easy to get to town for shops, activities etc. An awesome, cosy bar about a 2 min walk away with pool table, darts, great view and great owner, highly recommend. Many options for motorbike hire nearby.We had 7 people in 3 rooms, all rooms were clean, tidy and very comfortable. The staff are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and have good knowledge of the area.The food, incredible. We planned on eating at the resort the first night then going to some local restaurants the other nights, but the menu at the resort is massive and everything was delicious ? ?, we ate there every night. My wife is a Thai chef and she loved the food. Breakfast was also spot on. Very nice pool, great location with its own little calm beach, water crazy clear on high tide. Food, people and amenities all perfect.

The location is great, very quiet and the hotel bungalows are super nice. The room was simple but very clean and amazing view. The garden is stunning and you can enjoy swimming either in the sea either in the Pool.

The hotel is not nicely managed. The staff is nice but not really helpful and gave you the wrong information. The restaurant is not a real restaurant, and breakfast is not really nice. No coffee machine. I did not like that every morning at 7 am you are bothered by the noise made by the cleaning person with their plastic bags.

Loved the beach but can't understand why rubbish washed up can't be cleared by resort staff, I walked along the beach and did numerous times.Very peaceful.

Amazing location with a beautiful beach that hardly gets used. My cabin had amazing views and a comfortable bed.The staff were friendly and kind.

Hard to fault. It was only a 2 night stay but it was wonderful. The bathroom aws a little tired and that's the worst thing i can say about this property.

It was a perfect room with a lovely team of people looking after the resort. A nice pool with access to beach as well was amazing.

Location on the beach, with the seaview, but also not too far from the pier. Room was very clean, because it was cleaned daily. Pool very good and clean. Breakfast is excellent, all the options you may want. The territory is beautiful.

Perfect for a family of 4 with two rooms.

It didn’t have any paddle boards for those staying at the hotel.

Nice location on the hill among the jungles, we even saw 4 toucans. Cleaning happened every day. The breakfasts were amazing. The food at the cafe is good and affordable. There are cafes around. The beach is small and private with shezlongs and parasols, the sea is clean. Our stay was cozy and quiet.

Bath could benefit from some renovation.

The Twin room was very good for a couple with a baby and grandma. The view from the room was lovely. The swimming pool is very nice

A lot of steps to our room but that's because we were at the highest point as the rooms are built on a hillside. Good exercise though and the staff carried our luggage.
