Pros +
- The housekeeping and stuff are very nice, the room is comfortable.
- Everything - the price, the location, the staff, was perfect. So close to the beach - so peaceful. Great space. Private beach was beautiful - (only people staying at the hotel could be at the private beach)
- We loved that the rooms were spacious enough and very clean. We also had a little veranda surrounded by flowers, which really lifted our mood. We enjoyed the small private beach, perfect for both sunbathing and relaxing. The staff were friendly, and even the other guests were the same. We truly felt at home.
Cons -
- The outside, the pictures are not real. The hotel doesn't have a sand beach!
- Everything was great
- The payment was before check-in and inevitable for a reason. This resort is worse then resorts that sitting it. It is the very last one at the end of the beach. Room is locked with a padlock. The room has only one pretty outlet and only one light switch located next to the glass sliding door. The mattress is hard with no give and no pass on top of it. The curtains are not "black out" so if you're light sensitive, your sleep won't be easy. Towels are synthetic, barely soak up any water. Resort grounds are not kept like they are at surrounding resorts and for a $100 per night this is a really bad deal.

The location was peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and the A/C was good enough for the size of the room. They also replaced the water bottles, teas, coffees besides the other things. Only a minute away from the main beach. The lady at the front desk was awesome and she speaks English very well.

I liked the comfortable big bed, with four pillows. Wonderful nature in the resort, the view of the sea, the silence around. You could hear only the sounds of vawes..
Nothing. I love it
Good location where you are able to have a quiet time on the little beach or easily walk round to main beach. Snorkelling off little beach at all but low tide was exceptional. Staff really helpful.
It's clean, peaceful, and in a great location. Near enough to everything. Staff were friendly. Please treat them with kindness and respect when visiting.
Friendly and helpful staff
The immediate surroundings are very dirty and there is trash laying everywhere. (Inside the resort everything is clean)
The resort is peaceful with a small private beach and comfortable rooms. The manager is great - very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast included. However, you find many options of good food nearby.
Very pleasant stay. The bungalows are clean and the AC works exceptionally well. Staff are pleasant and very service minded. The beach is ideal for snorkeling and they rent gear so you can skip the day tours and simply jump in the water to see (what still remains of) the coral reef here. Beware though, WEAR BATHING SHOES (which they borrow out for free) or you might cut your feet and hands on razor sharp corals.Walking distance from Sae Kaew beach which is an absolute pearl of a beach. Clean, clear, calm, lively, spacious, has cute bars and restaurants. No doubt I would choose this place if I came back to Koh Samed, over the expensive flashy resorts next door. Of course that’s a matter of priorities, but at a place like this you get all the natural wonder, peace, central location and cozyness you can dream of for a fraction of the cost, and the only thing you don’t get is a pool and a gym.
Great place for privacy. Clean rooms. Nice friendly staff.
Well designed cabin, looks new, in a quiet part of town, very clean, excellent friendly cleaning staff and helpful reception; what more do you want? The resort beach is stoney but is picturesque and ideal for lounging around in with a book in one hand and a cocktail in the other, anyway, a huge sandy beach with restaurants and bars is only around the corner.
Lovely beach side location, close to town and port. Everything was functional, well managed, neat and efficient. High standards are maintained at the property.
1. No in-house dining facility. Breakfast service would have been perfect. 2. Little difficult to locate initially.
Lovely resort with nice rooms yes the lack of breakfast or facilities drops the rating - also the beach is not useable due to rocks..
Clean rooms
Koy and all the staff were always very friendly and helpful.Everything was clean and well maintained! To the main beach it is just a 2 min walk !I enjoyed my stay !
what an absolutely delightful dreamscape this property is! the rooms are large and feel new and fresh inside. the wifi was very fast, the housekeeping, excellent. this property is such a short walk to sai kaew beach, (which i only like at night. i go to the next beach for hanging out during the day). it’s also close to town for inexpensive meals. (try the banana bar!). we loved the location, the quiet atmosphere, the dreamy landscape, the swing, hammock and variety of seating. it was too windy to snorkel there, but the day we were leaving a number of small boats were dropping off snorkelers right out front! disappointed i missed that experience. we are two friends who had a room with twin beds. the room was so bright and cheerful, the deck, a lovely place to hang out with coffee in the morning or bevies at night. such a treat!
The property was a little oasis on the island! Peaceful, relaxed and lovely atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff were very friendly and helpful!
Absolutely amazing stay! This was my second time here, and I will definitely come back again. The location is perfect, with a beautiful small private beach that makes the experience truly special. The staff is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is quiet and lovely, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!
