Bor Saen Pool Villa

The absolute beauty of this location is breathtaking.

The restaurant staff have no English and the wait times in are over an hour long, it took 45 mins for 2 juice and there were only 3 tables of people. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned as it was 3pm in the afternoon and still not done, even with the 'please make up my room sign'. It is advertised that there are daily 2-3 hour tours on the bicycle, we were told to arrive at 3pm the next day, we did and then told the don't do tours and we had to ride ourselves. Tried to book sound healing in the cave, told that is not happening as advertised. Every time we went to reception we were asked if we wanted to make a reservation, we explained we were already guests.

What a beautiful location. We stayed at Bor Saen villas 2 times and decided arrange our wedding ceremony there. Our guests and we were delighted by hospitality and comfort. Many thanks to Khun Gift, kitchen staff and service staff- their support and commitment were beyond the expectations.

Amazing place, big and clean rooms, private pool in the room that is amazing.Nice café/restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner Lots of nature and quiet and also activities for those who are looking for it. Recommended experience.

Remote location

We liked the coziness of the property in general. The pool in the villa provided a calm and fun atmosphere. The backdrop is amazing with the views. Plenty of eco activities available.

The living room space was not clean at all. This was the let down for us. Staff for the most part were friendly. However we felt the reception was understaffed. Training is required for housekeeping team.

Very spacious accommodation

Kitchen is fake. No microwave,stove or toaster. There is a kettle if you diet is noodles. 250 sq metres but only one bathroom. Should have a second bathroom or at least a toilet

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The villa was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable — a true little paradise to relax in. The facilities and the entire property are beautifully maintained, with so much attention to detail that it feels like a hidden sanctuary.The staff were simply outstanding — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The restaurant was also amazing — delicious food, great coffee, and surprisingly affordable prices, which made every meal a real pleasure.One of the most unforgettable highlights of our stay was joining a meditation session with a monk. It was such a unique and deeply moving experience — peaceful, grounding, and something we will carry with us for a long time.This place is full of beauty, serenity, and heart. We left feeling recharged and inspired, and without a doubt, we will be coming back!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. I chose a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it was really nice and comfortable. The place was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was peaceful and private, close to attractions but not near shops, and about 2 hours by car from Patong Beach. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered. The host provided excellent hospitality and service, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

Rooms in the 4 bedroom villa are a bit old. Showers had many malfunctions.

Great staff. I had to big dogs and staff were amazing and very friendly even though Phang Na is kinda anti dog due to the Muslim culture but as long as you respect their culture then all good.

fantastic value for money!, stunning location and views, great staff and very comfortable clean villas. Reading other reviews i see many complain about bugs and geckos etc, the resort is basically in the middle of the jungle with a huge lake so yes of cause there is going to be mosquitos, ants, cockroaches and geckoes!, that is unavoidable and no matter how much poison is sprayed they will always be there:-).

The only thing that really did not work or make sense is the food/restaurant, the first night we ordered food in the villa and we waited 2 hours before it arrived and it was stone cold. The food is actually very good and it is insanely cheap!!! but the waiting times are just too long. The 2. night we went to the restaurant in hopes of getting the food a bit quicker:-), it was a wired experience, when we came there was only 2 other tables having dinner, the staff did not come to say hello or inform us on how to order so we had to figure out by ourself that you have to order from an app. After 20 minutes the drinks arrived, another 10 minutes 2 of our 5 dishes, and my steamed rice arrived, after another 30 minutes my food came along with 2 other dishes, but the rice was of cause pretty cold by then and 2 people had already finished their meal:-).

I previously stayed at this property 15+ years ago, the villas are showing there age but have for the most part been kept in great condition, the landscaping continues to be lovely. A very relaxing place with the private pool and also a community pool. For low season the value is outstanding.

I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast, there were egg omelets and Sunnyside up already cooked in what should be a warmer but we're stone cold. One of the staff reheated them but I would have preferred fresh cooked. Fruit selection was limited where one would expect more than several choices.

It is quite dirty, the water color was brown in the first day. The floor in the kitchen has a lot of house gecko’s poo. You have to pick all cookies equipment. There is no kitchen amenities. The hotel provides only dish, cup, glasses and refrigerator. No microwave or stove.

This place is like paradise set in the limestone rocks of Phang Nga! The rooms all have a private pool. We stayed in a 3 bed bungalow and it was just glorious watching the birds and a pair of Himalayan squirels scurry around the trees that surround the property. We stayed an extra night and had yo move to a 2 bed apartment which was just as special. The pool with jacuzzi was just the a slightly smaller version. Also amazing running, walking or cycling routes right on the doorstep.

For food walk just outside the property and to thr right. Still overlooks the same view and food way better!

Very slow service in restaurant - forgot one meal, asked for non-spicy salad, but made spicy. Everything else is excellent. Love your place♥️

The restaurant and the restaurant staff let the place down, we were ignored for nearly 2 hours after ordering a quick meal, it’s a shame as everything else was perfect, this is the only place to eat close by so needs improvement
