    Pros +

    • Quiet, clean
    • The place is secluded on the fantastic beach with amazing sunsets. if you want to escape to nature for a few days, its a place to go.
    • Incredible location on beach w/thermal hot springs pools (very clean & hot), complementary buffet breakfast w/array of choices-Thai, omelets, (mediocre bread), croissants, fresh fruit, salads, freshly squeezed juices, etc. Beautiful beach for walking & swimming.

    Cons -

    • Wi-Fi was very bad. Food way too expensive. Too far from town.
    • Main areas are outdated and not often take care of, but all this merges with nature and makes no sense at the end, leaving the feeling of exotic place in its own natural life being.
    • Firm mattress

The room is spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The hotel has a large area, making it ideal for relaxation. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Hot Spring water, as the selling point. All staff are excellent, very helpful. Staff is the best point!! ?

Rooms quite old - shower on upper floor not working, as well as sliding door. Quite dusty in some areas. Should have asked for new rooms / near pools, etc even with fee to upgrade. Will be more valuable for money. Trees should be checked as some falling down, almost cause accidents to guests. The day with storm - falling down on the car!!

This place is manage very professional. It clean and neat. Breakfast was fantastic. We loved to spend time in the different pools.

You need your own transport because taxi's is expensive. The hotel restaurant is really over price.

Good Breakfast and beautiful hotel, peaceful, natural hot spring so relaxing, and an amazing beachfront. Our room faces the sea with a 6-meter-high window was so amazing. It is expected much more than we wait, and hot and cold

Wide range of options to stroll around mostly during summer- plus the hotspring ofcourse.

Please put extra anti-slip mat on the side of icy pool beside the long mat as it is VERY SLIPPERY and DANGEROUS when wet. Two ladies slipped and fell hard on the floor while walking towards the pool. I myself slipped too but good thing I regained balance in a split of a second. PLEASE BE REMINDED OF THIS TO ENSURE GUESTS' SAFETY!

It was nice to have a cold bath with a hot spring.

There was a lot of smell of chemicals in the cold bath and swimming pool.

The facilities are very nice. Thermal pool and ice pool combination is something resetting in Thailand’s weather. Staff is quite kind and attentive.

They need to maintain and clean their air conditioners in the room as they had a specific odor. Also the cleaning of the corner ceilings should be better as we saw some spider webs.

Fantastic place, the garden and pool area ?. The privacy is granted. The villas secure you the possibility of total relax.

Some little things which do not required huge amount, like water pipes, little old. The Villas are charming, remembering on old days…However, if you not expect modern style, then you are well.

Hotspring pools were great, overall when we visited the hotel it wasn't too busy, so plenty of space around pools. Main poll was good as well.Beach was looking good, but we didn't have much time to spend there The family room was amazing, spacious and clean.

Breakfast wasn't good definitely. Poor selection that repeated daily and only got worse within days that we spent there, like yogurts in fridge run out on day 2… pancakes disappeared on day 3… guy cooking omelets was on the phone constantly. We found a packet of weed hidden under the bed, that was probably from previous visitors, as we did not want to cause trouble for cleaner we just disposed it.Location, middle of nowhere, not even taxis waiting outside hotel. Had to rent a car for 2 days.

    Was nice location, nice room

I couldnt get in my room till 8pm and I still had to wait for my extra bed till 9pm

Returned to hotel but stayed in two Garden 'Deluxe' rooms. These were not deluxe - very run down and tired looking rooms with old fittings that were badly in need of repair/updating. Rooms were large which we liked but had a stale damp smell to it. Shower head in both rooms were rusty. Doors had gaps in them so let mosquitoes in. The hotel could be amazing as grounds are beautiful- love the pool area and the hot springs which is the main reason we returned, but it does need some work on the rooms. Breakfast area is great and the food selection was really good.. Last time we stayed in the Grand Sea View rooms which were much better - clean and modern. It was like night and day - If you stay in these rooms you will have a much different experience

*"This place is the perfect antidote to mass tourism. If you dream of **escaping civilization** without sacrificing comfort, here’s why this resort should be your choice: ### ? **Seclusion as a Philosophy** — A vast green property with **private nooks**—no crowds by the pool. — No cities, vendors, or traffic noise—just **birdsong and ocean waves**. — **Hot springs + beach** in one location—a rare combo for those who love contrast therapy. ### ♨️ **SPA with Natural Advantages** — Genuine thermal pools(not just heated water!). — Open-air massages surrounded by jungle sounds—**100% relaxation**. ### ?️ **Cons That Can Be Pros** — The nearest store is 15 minutes by taxi (but that’s the price for **absolute tranquility**). — No animation or loud parties—ideal for **reading, meditation, and sleeping past noon**. P.S. To the management: Protect this magic. The world has too few places where time truly stands still."*

Restaurant is definitely not the best value for money. Sometime during the day too many groups visiting.

    All good

Southern Thailand particularly has a real problem with English speaking staff. Most have very minimal English if at all and haven't been trained to provide good service, especially in the food area. Also, the villa where we stayed was expensive and no one came to turn down the beds at night, etc.

It’s close enough to towns but far enough out you get pure serenity The staff were always kind friendly and helpful

The frogs ? they were great aside from the 5am wake up from singing a harmony
