Neemrana's Tijara Fort Palace

If you are looking for a weekend getaway to a historical Fort Palace, it cannot get better than this property.

The design of the rooms were a bit forced, probably because they have been converted from store rooms/utility rooms into rooms for people to stay in.

Great food, helpful staff and virtual old buildings.

Great hotel but they absolutely ripped me off on a taxi from there to Delhi. Since found out it was 3x the price it should have been. Taking that cost into account it wasn’t worth it. If you go solo and need a taxi, ask for the number don’t get them to book for you and take a massive (two thirds) cut.

Not worth the money, staff not really friendly, hardly smile, luck of communication , the tour guide was just showing the photos of before and after palace not very knowledgeable,,

The ascent up the hill is quite an adventure! The road is unpaved, rough, and gravelly, making for a bumpy ride. The incline is also relatively steep, which adds to the challenge. However, with a well-maintained road, the journey to the top would be significantly more enjoyable and smooth.

Breakfast was good. Wide variety!

No Ala-Carte on Friday and Saturday so forced to have multiple buffet meals back-to-back.

A completely amazing place to stay. Appreciated the welcome drink and immediate help with my luggage both on arrival and departure. Loved walking around the fort and enjoyed the view from my room. Overall spacious with attentive and friendly staff. Super fast laundry service. Wonderful food and wide choice at the buffets. Loved having complementary afternoon tea. The masala chai was some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Very comfortable overall.

Rather expensive but ok for a short stay. I hated the art in my room (Kanchan)and it was disturbing rather than relaxing, though I know that is generally up to individual taste. It would have been better in an art gallery or public space. The advertised snack bar was nonexistent.

Fantastic stay! The room was lovely, clean and very well decorated. The staff was excellent, especially in the restaurant as my husband doesn’t like anything spicy and they prepared delicious, non spicy food for him. It’s an amazing place to explore and to relax in. The only downside was that we didn’t stay longer!

Heritage look , open areas

Lot of construction going on , lot of renovating badly required , mandatory buffet system on weekends charging exorbitantly is a turn off . Breakfast quality is so so . Staff is rude especially at the restaurant. There are many getaways from delhi , this one just not worth it

The view was amazing and the staf was super friendly. The food was great and over all it was money worth.

Property has no issue just the roads are bumpy before you reach at the property

Approach road to hotel is very bad,Room in which we stayed the location of the toilet was right back to our bed. Which was totally wrong The vegetarian menu is very limited.

Ok stay, not value for money

Hospitality not good at all, not a kid friendlyPlace, a lot that these ppl can learn from places like Trident, we didnt get rooms as per booking.com’s description and the team didnt even try to accommodate

This is one of the most stunning locations I’ve ever visited. Overall, it’s an excellent destination for a perfect getaway.

The breakfast experience could be improved, especially for vegetarians like me. Having a live egg counter in the open during breakfast is quite off-putting due to the smell. Typically, hotels place the live egg counter indoors and serve the dishes after preparation, which helps to contain the smell. Additionally, non-vegetarian dishes were left uncovered without lids, which is unhygienic. Moreover, there are no restaurant services available for the rooms. If you miss dinner, you may find yourself with no food options for the entire night. Given the hotel's remote hilltop location, there are no nearby alternatives to get food, making this quite inconvenient.

The staff was not well trained and they were not helpful. Even the staff at the reception was not customer friendly

Excellent rebuilt of the heritage property

The front desk staff tried to push the worst room in the hotel , which they changed on demand of a better room.The staff should have given choices on first come basis. Would rate poor for front desk staff

Beautiful historical property, amazing food quality and excellent service.

There is nothing much around the property, so it is ideal for an overnight stay- not more than 2 nights in any case.

Dissapointing

Extremely poor room The room given was just below there restaurant so till late there was constant noise of furniture moving, and the response was its because of the dinner will be ok by 10:30 PM once the buffet finishes, same during lunch & breakfast time. Very slow service & staff is more keen on Tips then actually helping you. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, if you still wants to go NEVER Take rooms in Khajoor Mahal, you will regret like me
