the rooms were good. the food was ok.

the air conditioning was put intentionally off when we were having our breakfast. the swimming pool was dirty. it needs to be cleaned regularly. specially the one for children. the air conditioning of rooms must not be switched off as long as guests are there. but still it was done

No fan,ac not working properly, no bath using product no tea making products. Buffet was also very simpal not refilled properly

This is the only 4 star property in Bilaspur. The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable. Food was good and the staff is super courteous.

The temperature of the air conditioning. Even when it was set at the lowest temperature we were feeling a little hot, upon calling the front desk they sent someone to check and the technician mentioned it is due to the placement of the air conditioning. So any room they would give us it would be the same problem.

need to something for approach ... people coming from Delhi get very small underbridge. And people coming from Jaipur need to U turn from nearest Dhaba.

Staff was polite.

Facilities quite average. Staff nee.and untrained, some of them did not even had a clue if hotel had a staircase or designated smoking area. The Swimming Pool is quite small, with pigeon continuously swimming, drinking and shitting. No swimming pool rules could be maintained by staff. Guests would enter without taking shower, in cotton clothing and amazingly a lady entered the pool wearing ugly dirty socks on both feet and without taking shower. The AC was not functioning in the room which we were allotted. After complaining for an hour, a service man came who tried to repair it for 2 hours. After that the staff simply said we need to change your room, without any guilt, remorse or compensation for the wasted time.

Ambience was ok and room service was fine.

Front office behaviour not good they did not give soap shampoo after asking several times in room pics they showed bath tub it’s not there even I have to park my vehicle on my own but bathroom was very small .

I dont like anything because of front desk experience.

They took more than 45 min to do the formality of check in . First they told me your booking is in hold and not showing in his system . When I help them with the confirmation number again they took 20 min to reacts. Front desk was so poor in communication. They were very rude . Room was stinky . They smell very bad

Only the location - Bilaspur being Industrial/Warehose hub it is situated at good location and rechable from different areas's from Gurgam and Haryana..

Room:Room cleaneliness is average.. tab was leak...WC flush was a leak...Floor was dirty and looks dull...WC/Bathroom:water was literring outside the bathroom (Bathrrom should have had a small door)water temperature was ok... expecting little hot..Others:Dental kit and shampoo/Conditionar was not there...Wifi:Worse speed - didn't give speed as was expectingBreakfastwas ok, was expecting some more food items, like Daily Sausages, etcBuffet (Night)Food quality was average, pls keep more items..Overall average rating... you need to improvise on all the area's folks.. tks,--

Two times I tried to connect to room service as well as front desk but intercom was not replied. I had to go personally to the front desk. This type of thing is not expected at Radisson atleast

We got free upgradation from deluxe to sweet. So we got a big room.

The options in the breakfast buffet were very less. Rest all was good

Comfortable rooms and polite staff.

The staff didn't respond to the call.They picked it up once and then cancelled all the calls.
