Neemrana Fort-Palace

Hospitality, location and good food.

Moving around is bit tiring

The location, the structure, the decor, ambience, aura, it was exquisite. The service was excellent, the staff proactive, and the staff was good.

The Piano needs to be immediately fixed. It was such a sorry sight to see a beautiful instrument in such a dilapidated state. Please !!

Good clean room

We were given a baby cot smaller than a bassinet.

Beautiful ambiance, courteous helpful staff, history blended with aesthetic sense

Padharo Maare Desh!A welcome note that turns true for the staff(99%) of neemrana Fort Palace

Booking this from booking.com was not a great idea as the Neemrana staff didn't pay attention to detailing.

I like the ambience and location of the property.

Front office staff is not cooperative.

Beautiful location

Room was bad smelling Food was mediium

Staff behavior, location, overall property, breaksfast, Evening folk dance show

1. Bookings.com booking mentioned a view but there was no view, it was a closed room with closed windows and no balcony.2. Room was not clean (there were hairs of previous residents in corners) etc., and more importantly, Room was humid and smelly and had a noisy dehumidifier running all the time (yet it was smelly)3. there was no exhaust in the room, not even in toilets4. There was no proper closet

If you love traveling back in time, visiting this rebuild 15th century fort with each room as a unique tribute is a must on the way from Jaipur to Delhi

The stay was great. Staffs were courteous.

The kids activity room needs a revamp. It barely had anything in proper condition.

Staff, ambience

Not value for money, no activities for kids

Great stay in a royal house in the midst of nature up above the hustle bustle of the urban life .

Room size/shape , decor , furniture, upkeep we’re not upto the mark .

Awesome Stay . great food , great location and the Professional staff . Room Ramji Mahal was very spacious and equipped with all amenities. Loved the view from Top Balcony .

No such thing

I like the location as it's close to Delhi NCR

It looks old and stale with look , certainly needs a makeover to feel worth spending haftey amount for stay.

Everything was exceptional. A chance to indulge yourself in a royal treatment in a magnificent ancient historic fort. Exceptional hospitality and culinary options. Don't skip the everyday traditional shows around evening. Everyone is super friendly.

The room was too small for the price. The AC and wifi were not working properly and they didn't have light blankets for the guests. Only the thick one which is appropriate only for winters.

Location, concept and aesthetics.

Entry, exit and car parking need attention.

Food is great as is the attention to detail in the room.

A few more elevators to help with deep stairs all over and some more rails/guards on the staircases would be great

Historical palace & the architecture is well maintained. Rooms maintained neat & clean with good facilities. Restaurant is Good and is spacious.

Vehicle parking is open parking & route to palace is narrow road with some congestion.

Magical setting on the hill. Beautiful fort with lots of hidden corners and courtyards - like a fairytale.

Rooms could be modernized a bit…
