Location was great. The neighborhood was new and upscale. Great bed. Hot water. Nicely designed. Helpful receptionists.

Room would have been a little small for two people but was perfect for me being alone.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall that includes restaurants, arcade areas, supermarket, and other entertainment. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, with a nice view of the street.

Apparently, you will need to alert the staff to turn on the water heater for showers. We didn’t know this until the last day of our stay. Was not a big deal as a cool shower was a refreshing.

We liked everything, bed is comfortable, clean, location & front desk. Yes, I would come back and stay at this hotel again.

They don't make up the bed and clean the room every day unless you request. Rooms on the ground floor are not secured because the gate at the back is opened 24h, and street people can by pass the staff and walk into the hotel.

Friendly staff and service. Rooms are comfortable. Tip: Spend a few more dollars to upgrade to the VIP room with a balcony and bathtub. This room is very nice and comfortable for a single or couple travellers. Location is excellent. Lots of cafes around and right next to Vincom plaza where you can also find food and a grocery store.

Family rooms didn't have any natural light.

As soon as I told the staff about problems with one of the light switches, they came to check it out and gave me a different room. Everything worked as expected.

Nice room , no creatures or insects

Staff did not clean the floor well, spilt coffee ☕️ in the corner of the bed which dried up and left a strong smell and coffee stains on the wall

The hotel was new and clean. The staff were nice and friendly.The hotel location is pretty good. The Vincom plaza was nearby however the plaza was really quiet.There were some nice restaurants about 500 meters.We stayed in the second VIN Hotel (B) that have a family room with 2 double beds. However it was really cramped in. Not much walking space. Also the hotel have rooms without and facilities.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The employees are friendly. The bath was a bathtub type, which was nice.

It was about as loud as the air conditioner draining.
