Location was great! Rooms were clean and spacious. We had the deluxe twin room with sauna and it was amazing

Beds were a bit hard for my liking but other than that everything was great

Convient location close to fuji. Rooms were spacious, free laundry.

Someone spent a lot of money on this place and it shows in the details. Good size rooms. If you're climbing Fuji you will appreciate the Jacuzzi no end, if you aren't climbing Fuji, you will appreciate the Jacuzzi no end. For English speakers communication with some of the staff is challenging, but it always worked out somehow. Note to owner, and I don't think I'm telling you something you don't already know...If this place had a good restaurant it would be an outstanding choice not only for travelers, but locals as well. As many others have pointed out, there's really nothing around it, however, it's nothing a taxi ride won't cure. Good value for money.

The room allowed smoking inside, but since we are no smokers, it just smelled quite bad

The room was comfortable and plenty big for 2 ppl, 3 suitcases, and hiking gear. Shower was huge with indoor AND outdoor jacuzzi tub. I used the outdoor one after climbing Mt Fuji and it was simply glorious

Occasional smoke smell in hallway. Hotel a little far from "downtown" Gotemba but within walking distance (1-2 miles) of most things. Also plenty of taxis

Awesome family room with free intl channels , and youtube access etc with movies in english too.Have a simple ktv room which us very cool.Family room have jacuzzi pool , sauna too. awesome and well maintained and cool

The bed was very firm. So firm that I couldnt get a good sleep.

Fantastic view of Mount Fuji as we relax in the outdoor bath tub. The rooms are huge, very clean and beds super comfortable. We booked both rooms facing Mt Fuji and spent all night relaxing in the tub. The room is also equipped with a microwave so you can literally not leave your room at all! Value for money and location is fantastic if you drive!

Personal for me as a light sleeper the light panel in the bedroom kept me awake and some noise from outside the room

The hotel was clean, though the rooms were dated. The beds were big and rooms were spacious. It had everything - a microwave, water cooler, jacuzzi, good parking. The Tiger Pancake place round the corner was delicious and we breakfasted there as didn't fancy the hotel breakfast due to the smokey smell. Decent location if you have a car. Recommend driving to Lake Yamanaka. Appreciated the free laundry (online one dryer worked, so this took ages and other people were waiting, so not ideal to do large quantities).

The hotel had a lingering smell of smoke and was dated with glitzy accessories (diamond encrusted shelves) which were a bit strange. Our room had a strange colour light show in the bathroom and bedroom.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Good standard 3 star amenities at a very fair price. Near the edge of town so good for access to the countryside and Peace Park.

There were limited food options in the area and none at the hotel. The location was a little tricky with no car.

We were so lucky to have a fabulous view of Mount Fuji but not unfortunately from our room but from the outside smoking area!

we have stayed there many times - very convenient stop off point on long distance car tripsagain we were blessed with a 'no cloud full view' of Fuji San

The rooms are insane, you don’t get this in Japan for the price. Jacuzzi, sauna, giant room. Go check out the park right next door, it’s gorgeous. Such a great stay, and the views of Fuji?

A little bit out of town and you will need to walk or get a taxi but it’s only about 12,00 yen from formas station.

Big room, big bed , big and smart tv, got the mt Fuji view in the morning which is a surprise!
