Great value for money. Breakfast and free water are included. You can see Mount Fuji from the room, just like in expensive hotels.Free parking is the best part! There's a choice of pillows and pajamas are also provided.

The bathroom might be a bit old, and the pillows and mattress might not be the most comfortable, but it's acceptable for the money spent. Breakfast closes a bit too early, I barely have time to eat. Some branches even offer free coffee afterwards.

The Onsen and the Hotel breakfast were great. The Mt. Fuji view from our room was amazing!

Just the location. We had to keep calling taxis from and to the hotel since I was traveling with 2 senior people. Waiting time to call the taxi at the hotel was about 15 mins or so.

The staff was extremely friendly, respectful, sweet. The location was great, close to the station where you can take the free Gotemba Outlet bus and the view was amazing

Everything was good, maybe the size of the room but it was good comparable with the normal room in Japan

Very friendly staff, location is great close to the bus station with free stutter to Gotemba outlets. Aeon supermarket across the road, nice view on mont Fuji. Free breakfast and 1 free drink and nice amenities.

Everything is thoughtful including the breakfast menu for healthiness, materials used in construction of the building, organic amenities.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful toiletries, self laundry machines available, breakfast buffet was great (esp the breads!!!!), unlimited drinks available and with a wonderful collection of drinks from 6-9pm, onsen available

We loved the drinks available from 6pm to 9pm, the onsen, the comfortable beds, the breakfast, and laundry facilities. We loved the staff and would love to go back because they are so welcoming and kind! We hope they enjoyed having us as we enjoyed being there!

Good hotel overall. Very friendly staff. Loved the complimentary daily amenities that they offered to guests in the lobby. Pretty central in Gotemba and close to the outlets.

Room was a bit tight as was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Overall didn't love Gotemba as a base to explore the Fuji region, would choose a different town on a return visit.

Good view of Mt Fuji. Great location, very close to shopping centers. Breakfast was ok, not much choices but I think what they had would suffice. Complimentary drinks in the evening. Lots of free parking. Toilet/shower are small but I do believe that is the standard in Japan.

I booked 2 rooms and requested the rooms to be closer together. We ended up on different floors, both faraway from the lift.

The location is is excellent and all the staff are very accommodating and helpful despite of language barrier they will do there best to communicate with you the breakfast is also good rice and bread are available more choices of drinks not just coffee.. and specially the free bus to Gotemba premium outlet is just a 2min walk.. worth every scent.. will be back next year to this hotel and the most i love to this hotel is the view of mount fuji in my room..

The breakfast has good spread of local and western. I like it very much. I also like the room window facing Mt Fuji where every morning get to look at the beautiful and relaxing view.

Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast was good. Nice onsen. Complimentary drinks on the evening were brilliant. The room was a good size. Shops nearby and bus depot has a free bus to shopping outlet. Near to mt Fuji and Fuji raceway museum.
