Aston Madiun Hotel & Conference Center

Facilities, gym, pool, cafe, breakfast was great!

The aircon in superior room cannot be adjusted. At night, it was too chill

The location. The staff. The hotel's response.

The fact that they put me and my 4&9 years old kid in the smoking room.

The breakfast has a big variety of food. There are a lot of choices for local food and western food. There are enough room for everyone, not very crowded. There is a small supermarket nearby, very convenient.

The bed is much too softer. I have to sleep on the floor for two days. And it's very noisy even at midnight.

Breakfast buffet so good. Varieties of Indonesian foods and delicious

Dry toilet

It was apparently the best hotel in Madiun I had a great treatment at the spa

There were a lot of events happening while we were there, the pool area was blocked off for a private function, there were military everywhere doing activities, there was someone yelling into a microphone for games and another person singing loudly into a microphone. We must have hit a very very busy day. Couldn’t eat cake in the cafe had to take it to my room very sure military had the cafe booked for a private function. It’s very hard to understand what is happening, no signs in English explaining anything

good location, variety of food for breakfast, spacious room, comfy bed

nothing much

spacious rooms, nice location, comfortable beds,

Friendly staff, variety of food, breakfast was great.

More international plugs for guests.

the room is clean and big, quite comfortable. the view from the room is great. the skylounge are really nice since the food are quite cheap and its quite delicious. great parking place and friendly staff. i also like how they allow us to refill water from dispenser, really helpful and environmental friendly.

for presidential suite room, the tools on pantry are lacking. would be better if they could provide more tools like spoons, microwave, or plates. on the main room, there arent any door to separate the bedroom and the bathroom, which makes it really unpleasant to be at, definitely lacking in bathroom privacy. during my stay, the ac on the living room seems like its broken, which makes it quite hot and uncomfortable. the decorations on the room are also quite weird and doesnt match the room design, especially the plants above the tv on living room

The location is in the heart of the city. The room is spacious, the food is good.

The hotel looks a little bit old. The Park area is narrow although it's enough.

Thanks to the staff great hospitality and service, I have great experience by staying here. Location close to the station, and the room also clean with great sunlight at day.

The only hotel in Madiun that has good facilities like pool, gym, and sauna. The room also large.

AC is not that cold when day time.

The room was decent. Hot shower was excellent. Bed/Extra bed was comfy. Room view was okay. Breakfast was great and has many varieties. You have took a pic. of us trying a mushroom chicken.

The window !!!! I sleep in extra bed by the window and it's making squeaky sound.. scary ? to hear it.. feel like the building will collapse anytime. Then the room carpet, making the room look dull (I'm not a fan of carpet anyway) ?

The rest room at the lobby floor is dirty

Presidential room = spacious room but the ac is not cold at all

I love the cleanliness

Staff isn't that attentive for 4stars standard. We need to call several times to get the trolley to check in

Lobby well designed

Elevator too small, need to wait for while.Room need to be updated especially the carpetParking lots is a little bit confusing and so many narrow turns

Fantastic stay. Nice ambience. Spacious room and clean toilet comes with hairdryer. Good view from room. Friendly reception staff. Good breakfast spread. There's lounge, large swimming pool, spa and sauna, gym, table tennis, cafe, canteen and minimart. Spacious carpark space. The valet park the car for us on the 1st day.

NA

The breakfast was awesome! Many choices and variety.

Booking non-smoking rooms but getting the smoking rooms instead. Although they tried to eliminate the odor, but the smell was noticeable.

Location is central and room facilities are good. Beds are large and comfy. Rooms are spacious. There are plenty of food varieties to choose from at breakfast. The swimming pool and children playground are good. Car parking is good. Plenty of small restaurants nearby the hotel.

Poor soundproofing and we could hear noises from other rooms. Some of the food at breakfast are just tasteless (e.g. for black sticky rice and mung bean porridge, tha coconut milk should be sweet, not plain and tasteless). Egg station portions were too small. Lifts are slow even though there were 3 or 4 lifts. The hotel entry sign should be made clearer (facing the 2 sides of the road instead of just 1 side) and bigger since there is another hotel next to it and it can be confusing especially at night. Cleanliness should be improved especially when cleaning the rooms.

the service is good, the employees are friendly, and the hotel is clean

There isn't any
