Outstanding courteous servicefrom all staff trained to professional level. Excellent breakfast selection .. Very comfortable hotel and always my preferred choice .I love the pool gymnasium and room service.

The food is terrible..it would be easy to fix,but nobody seems to have a clue even for simple stuff like hot soup,toasted bread...its really bad ,even the Indonesian food!!

Great place for a quick overnight between destinations. All was well. Beds comfortable, room clean.

My only downside was limited evening food choices. They seemed to be out of a lot of things.

Stayed here afew times over the years, by far the best hotel in Jember. Always very clean rooms, all the facilities are well kept. The staff are very professional and polite. The breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice. I dont have a bad word to stay about this hotel.

Nice clean room, with plenty of space.

Mini bar was not stocked, so could not have a cold drink when got to the room. Room service had to check to see if it was ok to buy drinks without food.

The security staff are helpful. There is a mini market in the hotel lobby.

I didn't know that the room had no window; if I knew, I would not choose that room. There is nothing to view or explore around the hotel.

Drove from Bromo to Jember and was the perfect place to stayLooked everywhere and was the best looking place and was great. Comfy bed Lovely bathroom Nice breakfast

Unfortunately, the room was too small and had a view of the hotel roof from the swimming pool area. My friend was not satisfied with both the view and the room itself.

While the breakfast was amazing, I noticed that the staff were a bit slow in providing cutlery. If guests are in a hurry, waiting for cutlery can be inconvenient. Given that the hotel was fully booked with conferences, I believe the staff might benefit from additional training to handle high-occupancy situations more efficiently.

I encountered a minor inconvenience during my stay related to accessing different floors. My friend was staying on a different floor, and I had to go down to the lobby to ask the staff for assistance each time I wanted to visit. I understand that this measure is likely in place for the security of the guests, which I appreciate.

The rooms were clean. The linens, sheets, and towels were fresh. The Breakfast menu and foods at the pool bar were tasty. Free upgrade rooms.

The towels service at the pool.We requested two towels, and the staff gave us only one towel. When requested additional towel to different staff, no one gave us any towe and/or any informationl. Upon payment at the pool bar, we asked the staff about the towel, the staff said that the towels run out. If the towels run out, the guests should be informed.The technical service for the TV.The hotel TVs set to such a high volume when they are turned on. We informed to the front desk about this matter, and no one from the technical department showed up.

Hot water was not available and because of that 4hrs was wasted on my trip.

The staff were friendly and great customer service. The facilities were superb. Love to come back again there. 10/10 ❤️? love the breakfast time and the staff were very helpful and the dishes were so delicious.

Breakfast is very standard. The breakfast place is not comfortable. No view on 1st floor....not ok on 2nd floor.

Smoke smell in a non-smoking room and beds size.

I ask for the first time to pool staff to get pool towel (i was swim on the pool and theres so many people there) but after few hours the pool entrance was open but the pool towel is not ready yet. I think thats 20 until 30 mins to get the towel.Over all the room and the restaurant was good.

Ratings should definitely be higher. The room was very big and comfortable. Had all the amenities you could ask for including a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were soft. It was super clean. Absolutely spotless. Quiet room at night. Super friendly staff always willing to help out. There’s cafe and restaurant food downstairs as well as a small supermarket. Honestly everything you need

Very comfortable room, perfect location, great breakfast.

Upgraded to studio plus. Bigger room. Got fruits from the room service for free. There was a dispenser for drinking water, free flow.

The fridge was not working. The AC (aircon) was not working, the filter was dirty, the room was not cool at all.

In the morning there is a aquarobics group activity next to the pool and in the pool with very loud music. It's very disturbing for people who want a calm morning by the pool.
