great location, service, all necessary things were available

pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, it was dirty and smelled bad

Large room,big bed.good shower.good breakfast. Nice hot coffee!!

No correct massage room. Also think about a steam sauna. Get all your waterfalls and ponds working and fixed/clean.This will improve the environment

Managers speak and understand professional English ... they know how to deal with customers ... they understand customer service excellence ....extremely polite and genuine ... I had a little problem... they all got together to resolve it taken the matter very seriously as trivial as it was .. resolved swiftly and in the best possible way .... amazing staff to deal with .... 10 out of 10 in many ways Thanks a Million Managers Thanks a million Staff God bless you all A H Alkurdi

Was Ac not working n nice they upgred my room

Well located, pleasant layout, garden, fish ponds.

Looks good from the outside, but inside the room (executive) could do with some maintenance. Mattrass was old and soft.

The staff are amazing, easy to smile and so polite

Cleanliness , it would be great if the room able to deep clean, the towel all spot everywhere , the colour of the towel turn into grey not white , and the breakfast are average if Iam compare with other luminor hotel (coz I’ve been stay with other lumior and the breakfast was amaizing) not like here , but that’s ok

Air conditioner was broken upon arrival. They did fix it while we were in room yo an adequate level.

The room (and hotel in general too) was dirty. many dust spots and bathroom was simply disgusting and bad-smelling.

Check in was nice and easy.Breakfast was good, no problem finding something I liked. The main shopping mall was only 8mins away by car.The staff were good, and helpful.Thank you to the security guy for coming to the rescue with an umbrella as it was raining hard when we got to the hotel.

When we checked in we were giving a room on the first floor.When I booked the room I did request one on the ground floor.To be fair to the hotel once I pointed out to them that I had asked for a ground floor room they did find me one.There is no lift at the hotel and I am quite old and do not do stairs very well.The room was OK but could do with some TLC.

I was amazed with the buffet at breakfast. It exceeded my expectation. I enjoyed having my breakfast while sitting outside by the garden. Although, due to COVID19 protocol, they had to cancel the buffet the next morning.

The shower head is really ugly. It's dirty and mouldy with hard water deposit and rust. I understand that it's during the pandemic, that they had to focus on essentials, but dirty and mouldy change the mood.

The staffs are friendly and responsive, they processing the checked-in fastly. Toiletries are provided. The room is comfy and clean enough. The breakfast have many option. We love the condiments for nasi uduk and dory mayonnaise. The location is near the center of the city, there are many option of food stall around the hotel and convenient store.

Nothing, everything still acceptable.

The room has terrace so you can have coffee sitting there facing the garden

The room was dirty linen had stain on it. Bathroom gets wet when showering.
