No Hand towels provided. Initial towels provided had some stains which was promptly replaced. Bath tub had some sealant and not very clean. Access road to hotel was muddy due to rain

We like the Room, staff the way they behaved with us and restaurant food also very happy with free breakfast

The location is good. Very close to the shrine and the beach. The bed was comfortable and the room size was decent.

The amenities could have been better. A kettle (which they did provide when we asked), more tv channel options (didn't even have the basic Hindi entertainment or sports channels), hot water in the bathroom was very mild (not even lukewarm)

The rooms and wash rooms were extremely clean, stocked well with all toiletries, the bed linen was extremely clean and fresh...the buffet breakfast was quite good. Will definitely recommend

I already complained , but no help from booking.com. They didn’t provide booked room

Location was excellent. It is next door to the Velankanni Church.

The.lift was not operation at night because of a breakdown. There ia only one lift.

Breakfast can be improved as we wanted certain dishes but it was not available, therefore we went to another restaurant for breakfast.

The breakfast menu can be better. The non veg dishes for lunch and dinner is not up to the standard as expected.

The hotel is fine but the location outside is terrible. Broken roads, muddy if rain. Many shops outside the hotel & difficult to travel by car to get to the hotel. I will never stay at this particular location next time.

Location is good. Few rooms has beach view unfortunately I was not allocated.

The restaurant is under renovation hence breakfast served in the basement make shift area. Geyser water is not very hot

Compared to my previous stays, they improved a lot in breakfast buffet options.

Kettle is not there. AC stopped working midnight, but the support people were available and fixed within 45 mins.

Rooms are of good size. Bathrooms are super large. Very very clean. Sound proof. Peaceful. Service is good. Canteen can do better. Food is average.

This place was amazing. Staff were very friendly and ever ready to help us and attended our needs within minutes of our phone call. Attached restaurant was very good, and staff were very accommodating with our request for special needs of our kids. On the day of check out we had an early morning flight, but the staff made sure they had breakfast ready for us before we checked out. highly recommend!

This was my second time staying here with my family, and we had a pleasant experience. The location is really good as everything is walking distance from the hotel. The food of the hotel is really amazing definitely try seafood as they make it the best.

We felt it was a bit overpriced for the condition of the rooms. They are also going under renovations at this time, which is kind of discomforting here and there during our stay this time. Also keep in mind that there can be a language barrier, as most of them do not know English or Hindi, so there can be misunderstandings because of that.

I like the staff and food was nice at the time of my visit.

The mess of plates and trays left in the corridor were not picked up for hours. The room service isn't quick. There wasn't a view from our room since construction of one building. Roads near the hotel are uneven.
