the toilet was not maintained properly. toilet seat was broken. During Shower, the water flows out to the toilet even if the glass door is closed. the bedsheet used was torn. bath towels were too old.
Staff needs to be trained to stay out of the room while delivering food to room for in dining. Several times without our permission they just forcefully enter the room to deliver food. There was an occasion while we were inside room one of the staff had opened the door with alternative key which wasn’t acceptable at all.

The whole establishment needs a over haul, form the ventilation in the lift, the room cleanliness, the taps coming off, the staff attentiion to detail, even teh quality of food everything was horrible, Breakfast wasnt organised at all, isnpite of a small crowd the waiters had to kep reminded to fill the empty dishes, the food was just awful and tasteless
Hotel Clinton Park has a good location. Were travelling with a family and elderly parent the room and clean but the bathroom was not up to expectation they were dirty and there were pain on the tap and in the bathroom the hotel staff for helpful but for the money and the amount that we feel I do not think this is value for money. I would recommend that the hotel needs to improve on their cleanliness especially for the amount at their charging.

Everything. It was very filthy and looked extremely worn.
We went with family for a two day stay. We did a last minute booking, but we don't regret the decision. The rate was a bit higher, but the location is very good. You can just walk to the church. The staff were very good and co-operative. Food was delicious. Next time also, we will stay here only. Will recommend to everyone.

On the main road....no parking ..they take your car a km away to some yard. When it was time to leave the next day realised vehicle was very dirty and it seems to have been driven for 25 to 30 kms after handing over to the hotel valet.
Close to the Church. The staff are good, particularly the lady at the reception. Breakfast spread was good.
The bathroom was small, not clean and it is an old style bathroom. Definitely not worth the high price being charged.
