The property is clean and well kept. The restaurant is good with good food options. The items in the minibar are reasonably priced with no major markups unlike other hotels. This is my 3rd visit over last 12 years and seems the place has been renovated.
Stray mosquito issues in the restaurant but can be overlooked. They could also have a fibre glass partition in the bathroom. Otherwise the entire bathroom gets wet if one takes a shower.

Lift wasn't working. Power kept going on and off. Beds weren't comfortable
The place was very clean and properly maintained. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They always treated everyone with smile. I should mention the staff Mani. He was polite and when we did like the food that was given to us he changed it without hesitation and took care of our needs.
We were not happy with the food that we ordered. The Chinese dishes were horrible especially The chilli chicken and soups. The South Indian cuisine was good. But not Chinese or European. There was no water in the morning for like 30mins due to some issue. That delayed our travel.
All the staff were excellent ? From the reception to fnb service Vinoth and manivaan took good care of us at all times in the restaurant and the service was excellent and quickFront desk staff also were very helpful and welcoming ensuring we had a comfortable stay

For the price we paid, we got a lousy deal. The amenities were average, the room could be better maintained. The towels were quite old and wasn't white. The toiletries were very average and no body lotion. The ceiling fan didn't work and the aircon cooling was insufficient. The fridge didn't work
They have provided two single beds for the single rooms and when we asked them they have given a double bed with the additional charges of 2000 rs..The re is no proper water came in the bathroom,Ac was not functioning properly and toilet was not up to the mark and overall room was not clean and the complementary breakfast was intolerable ...Overall experience was really bad...

The room was ok…. The floors and bathroom needed to be cleaned and mopped. The soles of my feet were dirty as I could not find my slippers that I had packed.
