Room was not well done, felt dirty, bathroom was infested with roaches. AC was not working good (no cooling). Bedsheet, pillows were not clean. Replacement bed covers were having leaves, etc on them. We were displeased with even our least expectation. If not for late night, we would have gladly shifted to another (decent) hotel.

Unfriendly staff. Perhaps it’s because of the huge demand. There was a room service tea boy who disturbed my sleep 3 times by knocking on all doors shouting tea / Coffee like on trains. Parking was far away from hotel.
