I like the location, friendly staff and everything but there is just a thing that is missing.. there is no heater inside the room..

Easy to reach from the station, cozy and quiet place, free map in the lobby, free samples in the room.

The shower was a bit leaking, and the breakfast was incomprehensible for an European taste, coffee was horrible.

Convenient to train station and markets. Breakfast selection was decent and the staff were friendly and very professional.

Everything about the the property is very old, although it advertises has been renovated…perhaps it was over a decade ago. Often the bathroom has strong sewer gas odors. Its WiFi was weak, often not usable.

The staff was super helpful. It is also just across the Hsinchu station. The breakfast was really nice and you could even wash your clothes for free.

Location was easy to reach from train station and central. Room was dated but clean. Breakfast basic but included. Quiet location but could hear noise in hall.

Mattress was worn enough could feel coils.

For breakfast, if you love to eat rice, it must be excellent. There is also fried noodles. Although the room is not big but everything you need can be found here except for teeth cleanings.

Dated hotel but very functional and good value. I actually had a window with a view of the street outside. Close to train station. Typical taiwan hotel breakfast.

Conveniently located near a night market with local food and drinks, the hotel offers a simple yet delicious breakfast and is just a few minutes' walk from the train station.

Budget hotel located near Hsinchu Railway Station, nearby shopping malls, restaurants and shopping areas, convenient for travel. Overall, it is ok if you don't mind about old building.

The room was very old and dirty. The air conditioner could not be adjusted, so the hotel put a fan in the room. There were no face towels, only shampoo and a small sachet of body lotion in the bathroom. There was no power outlet at the head of the bed and the room key was not a key card.

Good location near the train station and city centrum. A little outdated room equipment, but functional. Breakfast was OK - chinese, basic, but a good selection. For one night very reasonable price.

Centralized AC was not giving proper temperature. Very small rooms. Breakfast also was bad.

Breakfast was a bit meh, no hot tea and no fresh fruit was disappointing. Shower height also so low that had to hold shower nozzle in hand.

The hotel is located near main train station, this is a big advantage. Staff is friendly, and even if there appear language problems, they are willing to help. Breakfast is good, and if you don't expect special dishes but will be satisfied with an ordinary cousine, after the breakfast you will be satisfied.

I asked via e-mail (and repeated that ask after arrival) that, if possible, I'd like to get a map of town. Unfortunately, the man who was on duty at my arrival only noticed that they have no other copies of a town map, and didn't come back to this topic. In my opinion, even if this needed some effort, giving the map would be a sign that hotel personel wish to satisfy their clients needs. This wasn't this time. A pity.

They offer a simple breakfast which includes local Taiwanese congee with multiple vegetables, bread with spread available and drinks.

-There is a strong cigarette smell even though it’s a non smoking entity.-The facilities are old and the old style air conditioning doesn’t really work even we follow the instructions on how to operate it. It’s not cooling even after the whole night it’s on.-The toilet was also a bit dirty.-There are pills on the bedsheet as well.
