Pros +
- A disappointing 5 star hotel
- Nearby a lot of tech companies. Very clean and cosy hotel.
- - we had an exceptionally clean room- the shower and bathtub was fantastic- the bed was super comfy- the colour palette of the room made us feel calm and soothing- the aircon was cooling
Cons -
- Deeply disappointing experience. We paid almost €300 for one night, expecting a professional and caring service. And it was a complete disappointment. We arrived at 3:30 PM, only to be told the room was not ready, and had to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby with our one-year-old baby.Later that night, our baby, who was sick, unfortunately vomited on the bed. When we called for assistance, the manager informed us that housekeeping was off duty and that we had to clean and change the bedsheets ourselves. This response was shocking and completely unacceptable. A five-star hotel should have 24-hour support for basic hygiene and guest emergencies. We chose this hotel for its reputation and standard, but the service we received fell far short of both.
- Not much eateries nearby.
- - the sound proofing was quite bad, we could hear kids screaming next door and someone opening and closing the wardrobe all the time, not to mention the noise of people talking along the corridor, i could hear every word of their conversation (knew which restaurant they were heading for dinner)- there were many small flies in the social lounge- the hotel staff was professional but not very healpful

Large clean rooms.
I don't like self check in. There are staff there so they should assist at all times.
Clean and quiet
Great location
Nice bar with happy hourIt’s so comfortable to immerse in warm bath with bath salt and mask.(all served )
Simple breakfast menu. Is a mini Gym so don’t expect too much.No food in surround, nearest is around 1km.
Could have a better Gym facilities
Comfortable beds and spacious room. Good wifi
Breakfast was way overpriced for the food they served. Not much selection with bad quality food. Housekeeping was not thorough. Found one slipper under bed and water marks on bathroom curtain
An amazing service since well before the check-in, helping to schedule a pick-up from the airport and then modifying it at the last moment as my flight was delayed; Flawless checking and instant assistance with some of the issues I had with Taiwan realities themselves, fast and painless checkout and amazing room service.
This is not really a dislike, but rather something to be aware of - it is a first-wedding-night hotel, so you have glass windows from the room into the shower/bathtub/toilet. It does have some roller blinds, but still. So amazing if you are traveling with a partner and you are both into this kind of things - great; but if you are planning on traveling with a colleague or family (for instance for the nearby university), that might make things... Awkward...
Nice and quiet. Rooms were spacious for family. Nice vibe at lobby and lounge area.
Location a bit far from all our attractions
Big and tidy room. Love the movie night, happy hour drinks, though located in CBD area, but very close to free way.
Very spacious room for a reasonable price. Bars and pool table, and 24h access of the gym. Easy check-in and can check-in at any time. Great lighting and comfortable atmosphere.
The light switches and complimentary items like toothbrushes were really hard to find
Room was a good size and well appointed
No room servicePartial breakfast buffet and set menu for cooked itemsRoom cleaning was a total disasterRoom refilling of amenities was a total disasterLack of clear instructions on how to use car park machineRestaurant has a limited menuLocation means you must have a car or use a taxi to go anywhefeConcierge can show you where to visit on a paper map but then won’t give it to you
clean, cozy and feel-like-home
some noise during stepping on the floor in the room
service, the staffs there are all welcome to help ! the interior is simple ,chic , they offer a big room for people to work, talk, and free snacks and coffee.
the outside of building looks aged, the parking lot is shared with other company, it took a while to find the parking space for hotel.
Well located close to Hsinchu Science park and easy access to from highway We enjoyed the free accessible billiard pool located between bar and restaurant.
the location is convenient to go other places in Hsinchu, but it's better to have a car. Furthermore, the room is quite clean and confirmable, so you can definitely enjoy your stay here.
No, everything is fine.
