- The location was good with many eateries in the area within walking distance.

Cons -
- It's a little noisy on the busy side of the hotel.
- Small room
- They don't have laundry machines, so we must find an external coin laundry store. The hotel is quite old and needs some renovations. Some karaoke stores are nearby that make noise during the night.

Great location, clean modern hotel nice staff, nice breakfast. big bathroom with walk in shower and bathtub.
no complaints
Since I wasn't familiar with operating the TV, Mr. Zheng at the front desk kindly assisted me in learning how to use it. The service was excellent, and the bed was quite comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep during my business trip.
Good location, near train station and Hsinchu city god temple. Lot of food nearby. Staff friendly.
Room rather small. Not much to complain.
Disappointing
the aircondition is very dirty, full of black mildews. smelled awful. the hotel is in the cross point of 5 streets, too much noise outside day and night.
Room had a very comfortable bed, and very nice bathroom. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good WIFI connection. Very close to the train station.
breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose of
some area inside the room are dusty ,not noticeable until you sneeze
Great location, very close the the train and coach stations. There are many restaurants and shops only take ins 5 minutes walk. Room is clean and cozy. Breakfast with many choices and fresh.
The wifi TV is not well connected especially in the evening when everyone watch TV.
Great staff and environment. Location is excellent and quiet.
The fitness center is closed due to the pandemic but the breakfast buffet does not advise guests to wear masks when they are filling their plates. The two policies are contradictory. The shower head is leaking from the the other side, needs to be fixed.
Neat & affordable!
Came again this year, amazing as always. Especially the staff is very kind! :)
