Amazing facilities, lobby, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, sauna. Elegant and modern place. Staff very knowledgeable and courteous

Recently build hotel everything perfect. 10x better than any Sheraton in the US and 3x better than any Sheraton in the EU. Hope Marriott bring these standard to the old countries

Not much within walking distance, need to take taxi to anywhere - HSR, Hsinchu Science Park, downtown retaurants

The room was large, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor for makeup. The food was overcooked, overpriced, cold and tasteless and poorly presented, both dinner and breakfast. The bath tub was awkward to access, the taps were hard to balance the temperature and in the sink were round and slippery and hard to control with wet hands. There was no bar to sit and relax and have a drink. There was ridiculously loud music in the lobby making it hard to hear the reception as I checked in. The queue for checking and the checking in process was long. I could continue. I sound like a Karen already, but normally I review quite high for most places. I just thought for the price this was terrible value. If you want to charge a lot more than alternatives then get things right. The food in particular, was really low quality and made me really want to avoid staying there again.

In general, my stay was good

The internet connection is one of the worst I got in a hotel lately. If you stay at the Sheraton you expect the best, but it was not. Sometimes you are using the WIFI with your laptop and you stop to do something for a few minutes then the computer will disconnect from the WIFI. Connection not reliable at all.

Good location, quiet and comfortable

The facilities are nice, parking is convenient, location is great.

The booking advertised 24-food service and late night lounge bar but both were not available upon checkin. The listing also advertised a mini-bar in the room I selected, but I was told all mini-bars were removed for a holiday. Breakfast included in our package was to be reserved but there was no mention of that at checkin.

Their location is pretty good, next to the traveling bus stop. Another thing I like to share is their breakfast having a lot of choices, esp the breads. They strongly recommend those are made by natural yeast andFrench flour. It seems like you staying at the bakery. Yes, the breads is just one of their breakfast zone. So you could enjoy a lot of foods there.

Actually I prefer their breakfast time 1 and half-hour. They only offer around 1-hour.

Remarks to celebrate a birthday, a birthday cake is provided. The location of the hotel is close to the department store, and the living functions are convenient.

The floor of the swimming pool and the floor of the locker room are also very wet, and the floor mats laid are easy to hurt the feet. room lighting is not enough

I like the facilities and the cleanness of the hotel rooms. The bed is extra comfortable and the hallway is quiet during the night. Very good breakfast and service. Helpful staffs.

I think the room price is a bit high, and the breakfast is not included in that price. As a member of Sheraton hotel, I find it a bit pricy if I don’t get the free breakfast.

Bed always spacious and comfortable

Bathroom tile was mouldy. Staff knowledge was poor and gave wrong transportation information.

The bed was comfortable and the shower room is spacious.

Dim lightings can be brighter and toilet tiles were mouldy. Receptionist provided wrong info abt the bus stop to take bus to Green World and caused us to miss our bus, waited another hour for nxt one..

The location is fairly near eatery

The access from west wing to facilities like gym is terrible.

The room is spacious, and good amenities. Breakfast is good with lots of choices.Location is convenient too.

Due to shortage of housekeeping staffs, the room were cleaned only on certain days. We stayed for 3 days and room was no housekeeping and amenities were not top up or rubbish cleared.I can understand on the cleaning part but at least partial cleaning like clearing the bins and topping up the water will be good.
