The room was huge and bed was so comfortable!

Some animal exhibition was under renovation.. however, the overall stay was still pleasant!

It’s not a new property but it’s still so interesting with animals right at the reception. The food was surprisingly good. Very conveniently located near the leofoo theme park which was enjoyable for adults and kids!The indoor playground is super!

It’s a bit pricey, but it’s OK.

The resort was great, the children loved seeing the animals from the room and it was extremely relaxing to stay there. The food was good and the breakfast had lots of options which we needed for small children.

We found it hard to understand what the set meal for supper was but that is probably our issue with a lack of Chinese. Equally there were lots of activities but not advertised in English- again more our problem.

It’s centered around the amusement park. We chose the larger room for a family of 4.

The property is a bit dated.

The dinner buffet is similar to breakfast menu. Overpriced for the dinner buffet.

The flooring is not carpeted and can b cold during winter. Asked the hotel reception for bedroom slippers and was informed not available. Saw the bedroom slippers on housekeeping cart and asked reception for it. Still get "No" as an answer ?

Being close to the animals was fun. Theme park not crowded at start of year and we could take many rides. The indoor playground was amazing.

Food was expensive and they didn’t allow other food to be ordered in.

Booked Kenya Room with Greenery View (3 Queen beds) & Congo Twin Room with Greenery View (1 Queen + 2 twin beds). Awesome view of animal arena & both rooms are very clean and spacious.

For Kenya Room which is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator so we have to lug our luggages up the stairs to our room. It was especially difficult for the elderly.

Room is clean

This resort is not suited for those without their own transport. You are not allowed to order Uber Eats into the resort. there is only 2 restaurants in the resort (1 is buffet and 1 is ala carte) however during check in, we were told the ala carte restaurant is fully booked for both sessions and on both nights (4 sessions). which means we have no choice but to eat at the buffet restaurant. We spent about RM800+ (for 1 dinner) for 4 adults and 1 child. Food choices were limited and we also were given only a specific time to eat. My son was hungry at about 5 but we were told we can only start eating at 5.30pm. There was also no convenience store/cafe selling any sandwiches or muffin that he could snack on. The only food on sale out of these specific dining hours are ice cream and chips. On our 2nd night, we booked a grab out to Family Mart to buy some food. took us quite awhile to book an uber and unfortunately it was so hard to book a trip back. the 5 mins journey cost us rm140+ two ways (as we had to up the tips otherwise nobody is willing to pick us up) due to the location of Leofoo being too deep inside. Without your own transport, you honestly are just trapped at the resort and is forced to eat at their restaurant charging exorbitant pricing. The fact that UberEats is not allowed in already tells you alot about the management. We were told by ground staff that we can't order as they are not allowed to come in. We also had to climb stairs to access our rooms. Didn't see any lift except for the one to the restaurant. You also have to use an umbrella (provided) as there is no sheltered walkway when it rains. During our visit, the animals on exhibition are not let out the entire time. Rhinos and Zebras are usually kept backstage and only let out during certain hours of the day. Only the flamingo/racoon/ducks/swans are out all day.

Love the environment, the buffet (included) and definitely the theme park! My kids love this place so so so much!

The only redeeming part is that it is near leofoo village theme park.

Not worth the money. Think twice before booking. I have requested for a room w better view a month before checking in and was told that they noted my request and would arrange for a room in the middle subject to availability. However we were given a corner room with restricted view. We asked for a change of room but was rejected and told that there would be a tour group of students and the rooms in the middle are reserved for them. They have yet to arrive when we checked in. We told the reception that we didn’t mind being shifted to the middle rooms and tt we do not mind the noise but we were still rejected. We only found out the next day that the student tour group were housed at level 1 while we are actually on level 2. Reception lied to us. Facilities and rooms are so old. The room we were given smelled like human sewage. We asked for a change of room but was given an air purifier which didnt help at all. Dinner was terrible. When we checked in we were told to make dinner reservations. We checked in at 4pm and went to the restaurant but they were already full. The staff told us to order takeaway. During dinner time, we went to order takeaway but was told that there are many orders. The staff told us to eat outside the resort instead and gave us addresses of food places outside the village. What’s the point of booking a resort when you cannot even have dinner there?

very near to the theme park for playing. bed is comfortable. staff is quite helpful as there were limited choice for our dinner, with considering away from center, and the restaurant in the hotel are fully booked, staff helps us order pizza in the end (as that the only vendor allow to enter).

breakfast is not so good in quality.can not see any animal which is a pity experience.

Wake up to the view of animals outside the room like zebra, rhino etc. The kids love the resort and it is next to Lee foo theme park. Great location.

The room is quite basic, and the breakfast buffet is quite normal, thought they have a kids section which the children like.

The spaciousness of the hotel room, being able to engage in interaction with animals like the alpacas and sheep, the food quality in the restaurant and friendliness of the staff. Water refill and vending machines were also easily accessible at the hotel.

Slippers were not provided in rooms.

Our kids love the animals and the surrounding scenery. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable.

The food served in the restaurants are disappointing and expensive. Menu is limited too.

Really immersive experience to stay so close to the animal, the African Dance show was great, and proximity of the attraction park and zoo make it a really nice destination for a family.

It’s a resort with only 1 restaurant. By the time we arrived and checked in, it was around 6.30pm. Booked a table for dinner at the restaurant and the waiter told us that dinner ends at 7pm. Was in such a hurry feeding my son and I did not really enjoy my dinner coz the waiter kept reminding us it ends at 7pm.
