Location. Specially after tourists were gone

The room was a bit dated, the door did not lock well. Shower did not heat up. The restaurants overpriced.

There are only two restaurants, so there aren't many options to choose from. The prices are also quite high.

The staff were lovely and provided excellent service, especially the two women at the reception, as well as the others.

Life long lasting memories after staying at the resort for 4 nights. This place is truly special. Our daughter took a diving course with Tim who was fantastic - and Leo the Manager went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. We arrived here after some rough days, and he did everything he could possibly do to support our family wind down. Everyone was fantastic, we felt at home, amazing sunsets from the swing and total peace after 3 pm until 10 am. Easy boat transfer to Koh Tao for the day while everyone else was diving, and then back home to our beautiful secluded island, top top. Thank you Leo ?❤️

The size of it (large), magical spot, helpful staff, great for diving. You have the island to yourself from 3pm til 10am. You can sit alone on the beach watching the stunning sunset

Comfort of the bed is very poor. The room is very small and simple.Many stairs to the room and I think it’s something that should be said before.Lo

The view, the location was perfect. The snorkeling was spectacular .

Lunch time outside visitors and trying to get food and drinks.

The location was increble. The island is very beautiful, lots of snorkel and scuba diving, organised by the island dive center. The restaurant at the top with the view was very nice and the view was great. The staff were good, accomodating and kind. They gave me breakfast included even though I hadn't paid for it, free snorkell gear, free shuttle service to Koh Tao and free beach lounges.

There were ants in the bed. The aircon didn't work properly. The view from the room was fantastic, but most cabins are not on the water like the photos show. They are higher up, so you don't get that much water view. The bed was a little too hard, not very comfortable. The menu in the restaurant up the hill is too small, and most options are Western, not thai. The room needs a bit of TLC - cupboard door not working properly, water pressure in the shower too low, broken power points. Steps around the island are quite unsafe.

Best way to experience the island. Magic after everyone has left. Excellent breakfast in the new panoramic restaurant. We stayed 2 nights which was perfect.

Great location, snorkeling was fun. The restaurant food was only ok otherwise I would give the hotel a great recommendation.

Very very expensive compared to what we are used to, but it is paradise!! One of the most relaxing stays I have ever had, with a gorgeous beach at our doorstep.

The staff was very nice and tried to help with everything.

It was a bit too isolated for us - other than the hotel, there's nothing on the island. I think it's something the hotel should say in advance, especially since I booked this when looking for places in Koh Tao.There's a ferry that goes twice a day so if you missed it, you're stuck.

It is a magical location and the snorkeling and kayaking were amazing.

The flies but it is something that can happen on islands. I have little tricks to divert them.

To stay after the mass tourism is gone, is a Paradies! Fantastic. The view from the room is super nice too. We travels with our baby, and it was great for her to have a beach almost for her! I absolutely can recommend to go there some nights. Love it! And the service is amazing!!! Thank you a lot. Would like to come again

A breathtaking location! I have no idea why people down rated this hotel. Our stay was just perfect! The best best beach in whole Thailand! Rooms are super nice (bathroom is little old but it was ok for us), big and very comfortable. There are limited food selection but it was more than enough for us even with a 6 yo kid. Staff were completely helpful including lobby, beach, room. They really helped a lot. To stay in this hotel is not just a stay, it is an experience, it is a must do if you are visiting Koh Tao!

restaurant was seriously terrible, options were extremely bare bones and it took ages to get to us, also the people taking our orders seemed like they had no idea what we were speaking about even though they have max 10 options (??) Problem with this resort is the lack of fast boats back to the main island, they are super limited with the timing. Me and my BF wanted to go out to a Muai Thai fight one night on Koh Tao at around 9.30pm and we had to spend an extortionate amount to get back at around 11.30pm because there are no regular ferries back there. Private island vibe is awesome but the staff is not accommodating and the restaurant is TERRIBLE, make sure you only stay here a few nights and bring some snacks with you!!

Breakfast was good. Restaurant food was ok.We planned to stay one night but it was so nice we stayed an extra night. First night we were in a lodge that must have been one of the furthest from reception. Good workout but for 2nd night we upgraded to a lodge nearer the ground. Both rooms were very nice. Not significantly different. 1st had a tv. 2nd (which was more expensive) didn’t have a tv? No need for a tv anyway with that view ?. Overall a lovely and quite unique and special place. Would recommend it for snorkelling, relaxing and having a peaceful time - this is not a place for anyone looking for a lively nightlife!

Food in restaurant for dinner could be improved. Very limited choice which is fine, but if you only offer a limited menu you do have to provide those options to a high standard. Breakfast by contrast was very good - but would be nice to have a few Thai options on the menu.Lunch was ok.

Our stay was absolutely faultless. The location is so beautiful and basically a private island shared with a few other hotel guests after it closes to the public at 3pm. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and very generous. The room was also beautifully decorated and very clean and spacious. There’s an easy hike to the viewpoint where the views are incredible aswell which is normally very busy with everyone coming to the island from boat tours but after 3pm we were the only ones there. Views from our hotel terrace were also beautiful.

The location is great, the water colour and white sand are stunning and there are fishies everywhere. I had the water for myself in the morning. Would recommend to come with the early shuttle and maybe you are lucky to check in the cabin early. The breakfast has lots of options and is freshly prepared. You sit outside facing the water front. The cabin was clean and spacious with a nice outdoor bed and beautiful sea view. Loved the beach bag and beach towel they provided for the stay, nice touch.

In terms of details, maybe a soap or soap dish or something for the tooth brush would be a nice extra to the otherwise empty sink area.
