The beds. Slept so well.

White Sand Beach was not like it used to be. The area had not recovered.

Good location close to restaurants and bars. Clean nice facility.

The sun deck has no shade and the ocean view rooms don’t open to the ocean.

Location is really good, very close to beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel is really modern and well designed. The staff are friendly. It's literally on the beach so you can see the ocean from your Window. The breakfast was nice too, the restaurant/bar is really relaxing being on the water.

My room had a real nasty smell, one of the girls gave me a can of air freshener which would help for like 30 mins or so and every room like mine was fully booked out. I normally compliment house keeping too but one day they missed my room when I was literally out for 12 hours.

Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Right next to the beach.

The breakfast was terrible, it was included in my booking. Would always get a second breakfast somewhere else, but I wouldn’t have paid for it, and it was expensive!

No lift, too many stairs for my wife.

We had a great time here, the ladies at the reception desk are very kind and helpful especially the young lady called Kip, she is the sweetest receptionist ever. :)

Jacuzzi sea view room is outstanding for the price. Uninterrupted view of the ocean all day every day and the best sunsets too. Large room with super comfy bed and great pillows,, bathroom and sun terrace. Polite, attentive staff. 5 star cleaners, daily housekeeping. Breakfast right by the waters edge when the tide is in.

Be aware there is no lift.Breakfast was limited options.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff amazing. Unfortunately the bathroom was already in bad shape. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The women at the reception were just soo lovely!

Centrally located near beach bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kip gave us a very warm and friendly welcome when we arrived.

We rented the room with the jaccuzi and it was phenomenal! Spacious living room large bathroom with sea view, comfy bed, Netflix on TV. Large private terrace. The breakfast was okay, maybe a little bit bland after a while. The staff was nice, the aircon worked great. Good location to reach both sides of the island. We also rented the scooter (125cc) from them and it worked great. The beach in front of the hotel is not usable 24/7, at high tide it's simply underwater. The area around the hotel offers many restaurants, the small night market next to it is also nice.

The Wi-Fi code is not working what they present in the room. Some of the towels had some spots.

Breakfast was ok. Not luxury, but nice.

Wifi did not work in the room. They tried to fix it but did not succeed. The hotel is some distance away from the best beach.

It has a great location, near to night market, spa and night bars. It also has an easy access to the beach which makes it a nice place to stay in Koh Chang.
