The location is good. Walking distance to the beach. Staff is also very nice.

The tap in the bathroom is always have problem for the water.

Excellent location, staff was excellent as well.

"1st room was "hill side view". Everything was very old and bed was super hard. So, after 1 night we paid 800bht more per night to move to ocean front room. Water pressure and water temperature were very weak and Lukewarm. (Was not hot enough for my wife to take a bath) The only other complaint was there was no safe in the room unless we "upgraded".

The pool and the location were the best things about this hotel

The bathrooms are terrible , not clean bad shower and very dark. Breakfast was awful along with the breakfast room and miserable staff.

Pool was nice and location

Only got to sit by pool once, I set my alarm for 6:30 am just so I could put my towel on sun lounger , people leave there towels on sun loungers and go out for the day! Hotel management needs to sort this as very unfair

Great place. Nice pool. Right on the beach. Good location. Staff helpful.

TV didn’t really work. But we wasn’t bother by that. Pillows need updating- ours was like foam pieces rather than a whole pillow. We got to breakfast at 9:30 one day and nothing was added to the buffet and most of it was gone- thought that was pretty poor as there was many guests still there eating.

Excellent location, overlooking pool & beach, with nearby shops.

Insufficient lighting in room/bathroom. Difficult staircases with no lift.Have to cross road for breakfast.

Spacious clean room, hot water, good location. Good priced food in their restaurant.

Balconies too close to next room. The hotel was shabby with exterior stairway needing a good clean. Need to stop letting residents save the sun beds! Pool was in the shade for a big part of day.The beach outside the hotel is very busy.

The location is very good at White sand beach, where you can find a lot of bars, restaurants, gym.The pool is nice.

The hotel is pricey for what they offer.The room is very old and if you see the pictures it probably was from when they open the hotel because it's not really what looks like.The breakfast is bad for the price and the coffe is terrible. The coffee is the most important of the breakfast.
