Bed super comfy the best we have had in 40 nights in Thailand. Location great, with only 10 min walk to beach, 7 11, pharmacy and fruit stand nearby.

Shower head did not stay in place so had to use by hand, many tiles on bottom of pool broken, hubby cut his foot. Rooms were dated a few maintenance issues needed.

Nice place close to the beach, Nice swimming pool even if it needs some refresh . We have been changed out of family room some days before we arrived but they managed everything for us to be confortable.

This hotel has so much potential but sadly was very disappointing. It is located in the jungle and the grounds are beautiful but poorly maintained. Breakfast was ok when included with the price but I would go somewhere else down the road rather than pay extra.

On arrival we were told the family room (x2 double beds) that we had booked was no longer available. They offered us 2 regular rooms next to each other which we accepted (we didn't have much choice). There are large gaps in the door frames which means there are insects in the rooms and in our case a large gecko (atleast 40cm long) which was very noisy and kept us awake. When we told the staff about it they didn't even acknowledge it or offer to remove it. It was living behind the wardrobe. This meant we ended up all sharing one double room. When a family room did become available they tried to charge us more than the price on booking.com saying that it was an error. Other negatives were that the pool and grounds were poorly maintained. The pool was filthy and had loose and missing tiles which could easily cause an injury. There were old broken plastic deck chairs which had been discarded into the surrounding jungle. There was a pile of rubbish between our room and the pool which was not removed for the 4 nights that we stayed there. There were two male staff that seemed to be running the hotel. One of them was friendly and the other was rude and uninterested. Other thing to note is that there are multiple red light bars next to the hotel which meant there was a certain type of clientele at the hotel and I would not recommend it for families. I felt uncomfortable having my teenage daughter at the pool.

It didn’t bother us as we had our own WiFi. But theirs didn’t work. Not a complaint but some people may need WiFi

The garden was beautiful and very relaxing. Staff were able to help us with renting a motorbike on site which was really convenient. Close to the beach, bars and shops. Short walk away from the "main" are of the village. The pool is really big.

The hotel is a little dated and could be looked after or renewed but that didn't have a big impact on our stay.

- Great location, walkable to a beautiful beach and easy to get to others- Lots of restaurants and shops nearby- Breakfast is included and is good- Daily cleaning of the room and is done well- Nice big pool, gets the sun most of the day- Helpful and friendly staff- Friendly cats on the property

- maintenance needed on the tiles in the pool, lots are broken and very sharp - my son cut his foot on one of them- Lots of bugs get into bathroom - but the hotel is in a garden so this was to be expected

beds were awful. really hard and didn’t get one full nights sleep. the pillows were really uncomfortable as well and lumpy. no kettle in room and no safe

the staff, the position, very closed to the beautiful beach to any kind of restaurant and service, the swimming pool in the green atea, the scooters rent and the rooms very comfortable and cleaned very well daily and the breakfast with many options
