It's more like a room in a building then a hotel as the management moved to the opposite hotel named lagoon sand beach. Open dark lobby. No front desk here. No dinning area. Little sound were coming from the A/C but i was able to sleep without any issue. The room is facing Koh chang main street, so there is little noise due to motorbikes passing/people talking loudly/laughing. Comment to management: Will be great to reduce the Breakfast cost to 200 BHT instead of 300.

Great location for koh Chang - rooms are clean and across road was nice swimming pool and beach . For me it was perfect .

This is a big hotel split in to two sides of the road. Basic and +++ Walk in shower very nice, big swimming pool. It is located on white sands beach so you have the shops and stalls for all your needs, not a bad stay for the budget. Water bottles suplyed, room has a safe but could not get mine to work Yale key entry my key ring split so could have lost a key The A/C very good you can get cold at night if you leave it on Cleaning could be better mainly the floor edge's

Close to the beach and in the town center. Everything is in walking distance.

The check in desk is on the other side of the street, in the hotel named Koh chang lagoon, since both hotel are owned by same entity. It was little confusing to find the check in desk.

Location, cleanliness of room. Hallway was messy but I don’t sleep in the hall. Room was spotless.

I was across the street from beach side and poolside. However, I liked being more remote from the restaurant, business of main areas.

The room was quite spacious and was cleaned everyday. Also you had everything you needed.

Its really loud during the night, as it is right next to the main road, even with closed Windows it wasnt helping at all. The walls in the lobby and stairways are really dirty, not what you would expect for this prize. Also there are way to too less sunbeds for the Pool. Everything is reserved with towels the whole day, but no one at the Pool. The staff doesnt do anything about it. That leads me to the worst point: The staff was sooo unfriendly, already when we were checking in. Anyway, we first wanted to extend for two more days, but they told us three different prices each time we asked and when confronting them, they just said they are full, but we knew for sure it wasnt! Also they just picked up the phone in the middle of conversations or ended conversations by ignoring us.I think its really sad, because great Potential here and the rooms are totally fine! But the staff ruins the experience. (Except cleaners, they were great and friendly)

The walls in the corridors were filthy with marks, some steps on the staircases were chipped and broken. The whole of the hillside part needs a complete redecoration.

Super central - the hotel is split across the road - rooms on either side. The room was great, nice and spacious. The aircon is super powered. Great location.

The lobby walking to the rooms could do with a serious clean and a lick of paint. I was concerned about room until I got into it, but inside the rooms it’s all good.

The location is perfect. There is access to a pool and beach straight over the road, a fully equipped gym and the food was lovely. The staff were very helpful.

Like most of Thailand some of the hotel could do with a bit of a refurb but for the price and location it’s fine.

The location is perfect and you can use the sun loungers on the beach. And you have free access to a good gym.

Where to start? On arrival the lights were out, nobody was on reception, and the smell of human excrement from the downstairs toilet was overpowering. Welcome to the White Sands Princess! After check in at the sister hotel Lagoon Princess, the lift wasn't working, neither was the phone, nor the safe, nor the tv! The safe could only be used with a key, on the room key fob, which meant to open the safe you had 20 seconds before the room was plunged into darkness! The room was ok, and quite big, with a nice balcony, but the bed was rock hard and there was never any hot water. Only one lady could speak or understand english, and she was lovely, patient and helpful. The rest really didn't want to know. There were never any towels at the pool, seldom any bar staff, and I found the room cleaner sat on the floor of the room next door, playing with his phone, for over an hour. I also waited 2 days for a bed comforter, which never arrived. The second day, all the dirty laundry bags and rubbish was sitting the whole day in the corridor; I came back from the beach to find a 3 foot monkey tearing the bags open. And they have the cheek to demand a deposit when you check-in! I didn't try the food...
