Sea Sun Bungalow & Hotel Resort

I get the room upstairs in the hotel super nice quiet and cleaning the receptionist and staff all are nice kind and helpfull, it was a placure back in Ko Chang after many years and see the Island still the same no big changes, keep the charming of a Tropical Island still not crowded as other place. I think nowdays Ko Chang it's the best Island in Thailand

Room was on the road side so noisy. Also I could hear room next to me during my stay. Rooms not to bad could do with little maintenance and better water pressure. On a plus the staff were quite helpful and friendly .

We stay only one night, in 2 rooms in the main building, but it was clean and confortable and the owners very nice, although we stay late

Very lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable with everything you need. The staff was super lovely and helpful. Coffee and some breakfast was included in the morning which was great. Location is good but better if you have a scooter to get to town.

Basic bungalow but super soft good bed which is not common in Thailand. Nice helpful lady at frontdesk.

It's not on the beach, but the facilities were very good. Lots of wildlife around too which gave it a secluded forest like feel. Did notice ants but there weren't bad. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. Would definitely go back.

The Customer Service is top. The Rooms are very clean and spacious . Great environment and great location with all services needed in 1minute walking distance. Very pleased with our stay (5 days total) and I definitely recommend it for value for money great accommodation without regrets

Stuff were nice, bed comfortable.

We booked few days before, so the price was too high for what we got. The beach is 20 min away.

We are given a room on the street side on the first floor and found it very noisy . But the staff told us that as soon as the ferry stopped running They were right and we were out during the day and it was fine. A bonus was that the room had a balcony that we enjoyed in the mornings and drying our clothes.

Location is good. All the rest is just standard. Lots of trash

1: Lot's of trash all around the place.2: On rainy days you walk trough a muddy pad ways to the room.The whole place is more money orientated then customer service.

The staff was the best, so helpful with checking on my pick up for the boat. Internet is really fast. The bungalows are cute. Close to many restaurants

Very clean and modern room , central location and taxis for easy travel , motorbike rental at Motel. Would stay there again

bedsheets were dirty, with marks and there was also hair.so they probably didn’t change it from the previous guest.there was also to much noise

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the morning coffee was a nice touch. Fresh towels and water too.

Dirtier than expected, my room had a lot of ants that had to be sprayed. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the faucet broke when using it. There was often a smell of sewage in the room

Very nice rooms for the cheap price, perfect location close to beach and restaurants/bars. Very friendly staff and great to have access to scooter rent thru the hotel

A bit noisy thru the walls but nothing that really mattered

Disappointing

Dirty old bungalows, dirty towels, mold at bathroom, avoid at any cost. These bungalows must demolish and reconstruct.
