We loved the room and the beach view. We loved the food and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the on site massage. Everyone was friendly and very kind.

Highly recommended. Perfect place, service and food are good. Beach is one of the best I think!

Water pressure in the shower not ok. And shower itself is very small. If it’s possible to change to bigger plug it will be perfect.

The restaurant offers a wide range of different dishes and cuisines and everything we ate during the 4 days we spent there was very good. The massage place right next to the hotel was amazing. The beach itself was great.

We had two rooms, one of which - upon arrival - looked clean, but in fact we found the bed had been used. There were hair and stains on the sheets, and the sheets under the duvet were already crumpled. Unfortunately, we only discovered this when we wanted to go to bed after 10 PM. Since the reception wasn't open anymore, we addressed the restaurant staff with our problem. They were very reluctant to help us get new sheets. Overall, we found the staff to be distant and rather annoyed with our existence.Breakfast very basic with very limited options for vegans. Upon request we received a bit of soy milk once but were told they'd have to charge us for more. The bathroom had poor lightning and next to no water pressure.

Pool was very refreshing after a swim in gulf. Restaurant was great and food really good value. Most of all staff very friendly and helpful.

I did not stay long enough

The resort is right at the beach, with a nice pool next to the beach. The cabins/bungalows are clean and fairly spacious. He restaurant is great, the western dishes seem good, (haven’t tried) and the Thai dishes are great. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Although this is a resort, you have a nice mix of people, so not the stiff resort experience.Highly recommendable!

Nothing, this place is absolutely amazing

Not my first time staying at this resort. Nice bungalow, direct on the beach, sea view from my bungalow, good restaurant not too overpriced for a resort, i have been to koh chang 6 times and its really the place to stay in lonely beach.

Lots of mosquitos in the bathroom, bad shower head flowing directly on the wall

The location is on Lonely Beach, the beach is quite private, no crowds. Great value! The staff are lovely and always ready to help. There are restaurants and bars that serve delicious food and amazing drinks (Iced Cacao is recommended lol) Next trip, I will definitely stay here again! For the “Snorkeling Trip” activity, if you are hesitating whether to go or not. I recommend that you go! Very good, especially going with “Satta Tour”, very fun and worth it! As for the wooden boat, it's not bad at all because there aren’t many islands far to each other, so it doesn’t take that long to travel to each island! :)

The beach in front of the hotel has a rocky part which I don't like because I prefer soft sand (and my feet got cut by rocks). But if you walk a bit further there is a soft white beach with no rocks. (At the point where there are dead white trees) AND Because the accommodation is very close to nature, you will hear the sounds of various animals at night. At the middle of the night, there was a gecko making noises at my outside bedroom window (So close!!). I was very shocked, but I tried to think it was a good experience that is not easy to find and then control myself to sleep lol (I tried the solo trip at the first time also and I got this experience XD) But for those who are afraid, “REALLY afraid” you should think again about staying here because you probably have the opportunity to get this experience like me haha. But overall it's not bad at all. It's just the part that I don't like. But you, who read this message right now! You might like it! So let’s try by yourself! Get your own experience! Have a nice trip ;)

Great location on the beach, wonderful breakfast, great staff, good food at the restaurant, nice size pool, clean and comfortable rooms.

Variety and quality in the breakfast, location on the beach, AC is amazing, comfortable room, massage therapists are the best ones around on this island. Loved the fire shows.

Could use more coffee and tea packets in the room those were harder to get and when you did you got like 2. Also the price has significantly gone up since the previous yr, but will book direct next time. We've stayed 2 yrs in a row and will come back if the price range doesn't increase as flights and cost to reach the island add up. It's worth what they are asking but just for our budget.

Clean beach, magic sunsets, nice pool, very friendly personnel, very nice and quiet location, a short walk into the village

The sheets in the massage area need a renewal.

This is a hidden gem with the best beach in Koh Chang with no over crowd of people. And a staff that feels like a five star hotel. You come really close with the personal who makes all the extra for your staying.

Loved everything!

Property is a little further from the bar areas, which we liked. At the beach there are some options for drinks and dinner is available at the property. The location is beach front, but also had a pool, so best of both worlds! The beach was one of the nicest around, so recommend the stay.

Returning customer love the location and value for money.

Only minor thing would be wish the shower was more powerful.

The new renovated Rooms are really beautiful and well designed also spacious enough for 3 person (2 adults 1 child). The Restaurant including the staff is the best we experienced in Koh Chang and for us a reason to come back and book again. especially Tat and Pat who are the most friendly ones we ever met our Son is still missing them a lot. The Food is authentic and really dlicious and even if its crowed we never needed to wait long.The Beach is just stunning and the sunsets amazing

The facilities coule be maintained a bit better especially the day beds and the beach Towels which hopefully will be replaced soon

We love this place! We come here every year and everything is perfect! The bungalow that we take is next to the pool and you have the beach almost in front of the bungalow! The restaurant is perfect, the staff very sweet! Really the best place to stay in Koh Chang! ?

Very nice resort on a lovely beach. Nice staff, great breakfast, nice seating areas to chill out right on the beach. Short walk to a bar/restaurant area, and other bars on the beach. Favourite spot in Koh Chang.

I didn’t really feel welcome. Most employees weren’t very friendly and attentive.
