Small hotel, clean and lovely modern decor. Pool is small but big enough. The restaurant is priced well and food was good. You can use the facilities of the hotel next door which helped, we also enjoyed their restaurant.. For us the price was great for the product. Helps if you have a car or rent a scooter.

There is work happening next door which wakes us up in the mornings but finishes by the afternoon. Would be nice if drinking water was available 24hrs. If the bar is closed there is no way to access drinking water. Luckily 7-11 is a short walk. Beach is nice but a lot of garbage. Could do with a clean up.

Very friendly and helpful stuff ? Breakfast was good and a lot to choose ? The bar made good cocktails. And the pool with the view where exquisite ? The food very tasty .

The water pressure could be improved also the temperature....You getting a real heavy key, would be with card easier...And the size of the balcony, a bit smal...

The rocks in the water weren’t ideal for swimming and the beach could have been better.

The size of the room was surprisingly big. It was also well designed with the space for bags on one side towards the bathroom entrance making the room clutter free.The breakfast on low occupancy days was also thoughtfully changed to made to order so as to avoid wastage.

The Happy Hours/Free appetizers promotion on their notice board wasn't applied at the time of the billing. When checked they said it was valid only during high season. However the promotion did not mention any such T&C.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a great variety, and the hotel view was beautiful. A thoughtful highlight was receiving a goodie bag of snacks upon check-out, which added a very warm and personal touch to the overall experience.

Honestly, everything was good and I had no complaints during my stay.

The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. It has a very cozy feeling to it and the rooms are also very cozy and a pleasure to stay in. The property is well maintained.

The beach area in front of the hotel was always full of debris and unkept. While the Dawa resort staff would always come out early morning and clean their beach no one ever did that at Vayna. Also, the breakfast was terrible!!! Very few items of very poor quality. Even the that food was with frozen shrimp and cooked so bad- come on!!! Get a better cook and a better menu! It ruins the whole experience. We appreciated the gifts we received as we left, very thoughtful and also the piece of cake and very thoughtful note left by the staff on my husbands birthday! Thank you!

Very nice well presented hotel. Room was modern and spacious and had all facilities required. Very extensive buffet breakfast. Pool overlooking the beach was lovely.

Perhaps more seating around the beach bar area

This is a beautiful beachfront hotel located right on Klong Prao Beach. The rooms are charmingly decorated in a boutique style with woven wood details and traditional northern Thai touches like khantoke dining sets. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained, offering great comfort and convenience. One of the highlights is the breakfast — the menu changes daily and features a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the beach with great value and thoughtful design.

The parking area is quite limited, and the beachfront space is relatively small.

I would like to mention that I had a room on the upper floor with a sea view. The hotel is located between two resorts where you can dine and spend time at the pool.

The staff does not speak English, and the manager is unqualified and incapable of resolving issues.•One evening, during rain, water entered the room through the wall.•The bed was very uncomfortable; I couldn’t rest at all.•There was no hot water; a small device was present but insufficient.•The breakfast was poor, with the same food served every day during our 4-night stay.•The pool is very small.•Every evening, they organize a buffet-style dinner, but the offerings are limited and of poor quality.

The location is beautiful, right on the beach with beautiful views. The pool is really nice, and the perfect escape from the heat.Hotel has been recently renovated and is really nicely done . The rooms were super clean and comfortable and it was really quiet at night.The staff were all lovely and very helpful and friendly.I'd definitely recommend and stay here again.

Breakfast is good and the restaurant is nice, but fairly limited options for western palettes,It needs a proper bar area/lounge to chill out in as there isn't really one. Only very small seating area at the beach bar (the one with the swings).Only a small number of sunbeds for the amount of guests.

Second time here, won’t be the last! Love it!

Maintenance of gym and airconditioning

Nice location, swimming pool and the beach is amazing. The bar is amazing as well.

Not enough water pressure for shower on the room.Staff at the reception on the arrival day were not that kind.

Several problems should be mentioned: poor noise control in the room - you hear every step from the corridor, beach contain a lot of stones (not only sand) that scratches feet, air con blow exactly to your face while sleeping in the bed, shower regulate very awkward via upper vent, only 4 rooms with really sea view, the others are just jungle view, if you walk out from the hotel by foot, you walk along smelly river (canalisation)…

Great location and price, there are several restaurants on the beach next to the hotel and shops nearby. Pool view is nice especially at sunset and staff are very friendly. They have massages at the hotel which were amazing for the price and located right in front of the beach (see photo).

We travelled with a baby which made it hard as there are no lifts to the rooms and they put us on the third floor, they also provide a cot but they have no cot mattress’s and use a quilt as the mattress (not safe). Our bathroom and the sun beds were mouldy. No amenities are provided apart from body wash and shampoo. Bar drinks and food are expensive so we ate nearby restaurants.

Views from room really disappointing as overlooks tatty building..need to do more to screen that! . Resort pool & restaurant lovely but need more loungers as all taken early in day & no beach at high tide. Lovely long stretch of beach with several good places for food & a drink all low-key but just how we like it! .

Very friendly staff, nice big rooms that are clean.

The bar/restaurant is very good but the price is significantly over average in the area
