The Stage-Koh Chang Hotel

They made the hotel safer with keycard to get in and out from the main gate. The size of the room is spacey with big balcony and quiet location but easy to go to 7-11 and plenty of restaurant,

The parking space is limited but you can park in the other hotel that they are same owner,

Everything that broke (AC, showerhead, fan) was fixed quickly.Breakfasts are tasty and sufficient.Coffee is good.

Only one key is provided for rooms with three or four people.In one room, the air conditioner was noisy, the showerhead broke, and the fan didn’t work.In another room, the water pressure was weak, and sometimes the water didn’t get hot in the evening.Rooms lack mirrors and have poor lighting.

The beds!! Good shower, the breakfast was better than last april(now you can choose your egs), in the center in Kai bea. We Will be back next year hopefully.the pool is large so you can do your swim training.

One of the guest gave swimming classes and those students were sometimes rude and it was not possible to do your own thing.

Very nice accomodation. I add photo from the room when we packed for 7 days kayaking trip..it is not a mess :-)

Soap will be fine also by the sink..but all good

Stunning! Lovely pool, and lovely rooms. The staff were quick to help us with our electricity, and we had a really relaxing stay.

There were lots of ants next to one of our beds. Wasn’t a massive problem, but they might need to fill in some gaps to stop them coming in.

Great pool with really big and clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location with lots of shops and restaurants all walkable. Very close to the beach.

Very kind staff, always gave us new waters and anything else we needed. The pool is fantastic for a swim. ? AC is powerful.

A bit loud during heavy rain because of the roof structure.

Location is great. Lots of shops and restaurants the moment you step out of the hotel. Breakfast was ok but no complaints as the room is excellent value.

My second stay at this hotel and we can only recommend it. The pools are amazing, the rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff is great. The beach is a few minutes walk away, right on the main road, but thanks to the orientation of the rooms you don't hear any noise. Lots of restaurants and shops right in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back.

Nice location close to good restaurants and bars, very specious clean room, daily cleaning. I enjoyed stating there ;) but always remember about mosquito repellent, there is a lot of them.

Pool could be cleaned after rain.

The housekeeping staff did a marvellous job. Breakfast was basic. Reception staff were good once you managed to find someone. Good air con. Tv had 2/3 English channels. Great location and near lots of bars and restaurants.

This is more a hostel rather than a hotel. No staff available after 7pm so guests jumping in the pool drunk and noisy, was an issue. The breakfast staff spent all their time on their phones rather than interact with the guests! Room 1 has a seating area directly outside the room with seating for about 8/10 people this was a nightmare as young people wanted to party whilst other guests wanted to sleep at midnight and no staff available to intervene!

The property was great and had everything we needed - good location, multiple pools and good breakfast.

The air con wasn’t strong enough and probably needs replacing but this is the only thing that let the triple room down.

We had a great stay here. The room is quite spacious and the location of the hotel is just perfect. You have everything you need in walking distance which was really pleasant. The pool was also quite nice. They have multiple options but we always stayed at the big pool in the center. We went swimming everyday and were the only ones using the pool which was really nice. They could add a little more seating/sunbathing options around this area. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable. Fairly small and very little options but the bread was awesome.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean at all. I didn’t say anything but the toilet was so dirty I couldn’t believe it! The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. The only big negative about our stay was the communication before we came here. I had a question about scooter rental options and they were quite rude from the beginning. I wasn’t able to cancel my stay anymore, but because of their disrespectful behavior towards me as a customer, I didn’t feel comfortable coming here anymore. A real shame but at least we had a pleasant stay:)

The staff were really nice. The bed was comfy. The aircon was quiet. Free drinking water was provided.

The furniture in the room could have been more up to date. There was only a wastebasket in the bathroom, one in the bedroom would have been good. Breakfast was nice, but limited. I was happy as I like cereal and toast, the bread was very nice, but more cooked options would have been good.The room and lighting was a little dark.

It is in a good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I would like a water kettle in the room and an outlet by both beds would be nice.

Very comfortable, lot of space, delicious breakfast, pool for daily swimming. Staf was very polite and helpful!

Location was excellent. There’s lots of options for food and drinks close by. Reception staff were excellent knowing that we had a car so always tried to keep a space for us in front. Pools were clean and nice atmosphere.

Some rooms are better than others. We stayed with a large group that booked 4 rooms. Definitely the poolside rooms are best. Included breakfast is average at best. Paper plates and cups and very limited options. Staff inattentive at breakfast. Best to go next door, grab some sticky rice/pork skewers and include with whats on offer.

The multiple pool areas were great! The rooms are so spacious, super clean & comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing I will say is the breakfast which is included, is not very good. There’s very minimal choices!
