One staff in the restaurant taking orders was not so polite..like u have to wait 20 min for the order are you ok ...but anyway food was great

The price value was good. Nice beach and good location. Coconut bar ist also nice. For good value holydays not a bad place.

Staff could not really help us with problems. Also is the hotel at the main street (as most of the Hotels). So it was loud during sleeping time.

- The resort is first line to the beach with a big swimming pool next to it- There’s a restaurant on the beach with a decent breakfast.- There’s a 7/11 at the entrance to the hotel.

- The shower head isn’t adjustable and made it very uncomfortable to use in the bathroom space.- The room itself and the design was a bit old and dark, and there was a strong scent of mold. - The resort location is actually facing south and the sunset isn’t visible, something to take under consideration

The beach, breakfast and the pools

The rooms that are in the building on the road side of the resort have really hard beds and hard pillows, the tiles on the shower were dirty and yellow. Unfortunately the rain caused this little river on the side of the resort that was full of stagnating water to overflow into the sea. The area smelled bad for days and the bit of sea in front of the resort was smelling of egg, as the rain stopped for a few days, the sea water returned to normal, however it put me off from going in the sea so I used the swimming pools a lot. I should say that I have stayed in Coconut beach resort before in the previous year, in a different part of the resort, different building and different room and the beds and pillows were better, had no issues with any bad smells and the sea was crystal clear, clean and beautiful. Regardless, I had a good time there and was great value for money.

Lovely place to stay, only a short taxi trip to get to wight sands, lots of beach bars, gorgeous beach

Excelent location , clean swimming pool ,free car prking . Dont believe the moaners about breakfast . It is one of the best breakfasts we have had , plentyful and varied.

Television has poor reception and only 3 chanels in English . Nothing else

The resort itself was ok considering the price. Very nice beach bar, good restaurant, drinks, good location if you seek quiet place, nice beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, atm nearby. Nice staff at the reception, breakfast and beach bar. The rooms were protected from direct sun by trees and were quiet. There was a place on terrace where we could sit. Enough sunbeds by the pool and on the beach.

The rooms. We stayed in double-room villa. The bathroom was a bit scary. Very dark, toilet was not fixed properly, very basic shower, and there was always still water in shower (even when we just arrived). Dirty mirror and sink. Very old furniture and equipment like aircondition. The whole room was very dark with only 1 window that could not be opened. This should be mentioned in room description. Also the pool - it was pretty small. It should have been opened until 8 pm, but worker who was “in charge” of towels and pool once “closed” it at 7 pm. Once we were by the pool at 7:30 and he nervously looked at us. When we started packing at 7:40 he was already “closing” the pool (prompting us by surrounding the pool by wire or rope or what was it). No poolbar. We rather used pool and poolbar in resort nextdoor. Breakfast was good, but not many options for “westerners”. To be fair, there was enough options for locals (like rice with chicken, duck, pho soup etc.). Western breakfast was the same every day - eggs, chicken sausage, cereals. In general, it looked like the resort is focused more on the locals than foreigners. We had some bugs in the rooms, probably cockroaches but I’m not sure. Geckos were welcome guests, but they were probably able to come inside via some cracks, so sometimes we had more of them in our room. I have to say that I stayed in Thailand in 7 hotels so far in different locations, but this was probably the worst room I experienced.

Very pretty resort, room very clean. Right on the beach with a lovely beach side bar and cafe. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Close to beautiful beach and local shop, restaurants, decent breakfasts , proper cleaning

Unfortunately our room was too dark , without a view or privacy as it was in a military type /barrack building , without a mosquito net( full of mosquitoes) We had a few other problem with our room but reception’ s staff are not really supportive or friendly ( apart from management)

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a good spread of Asian and European cuisine, not a massive spread but a very decent one. The highlight was the beach and the Coco cafe and bar. The beach was very clean, lots of beach chairs laid out for the guests every morning, the water was very calm so perfect for swimming for kids and amateur sea swimmers. We had brought our own snorkeling gears so saw lots of fishes very close to the shore too. We didn't want to explore the island because we were so happy at the hotel beach. Also great Thai restaurants, massage, 7/11 within walking distance.

The resort was just what wanted for our 7 night stay. It was quiet and had several restaurants and shops close by. The staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and all the laundry changed every day. Our room was one very close to the beach and surprisingly and pleasantly large. Thank you for a lovely 7 nights stay.

The shower was over the bath, which was fine, but it could have been made to be able to stand up.

Decent beach and good breakfast, a variety to choose from.

Old rooms, with broken bathroom doors and AC, which was leaking all night straight into my face and wasn’t properly cooling the room.

All u need are here!!! Food, Bar, Cafe, Drinks, even a fire show are here!!! Such as a one-stop service in the hotel although the convenience store is just right in front hotel.

Excellent staff, especially a lady called 'Cream' at reception. Lovely beach location. Good restaurant with fair prices.

Awfully dangerous footpaths. Worst shower room I have ever experienced. Large room but tiny shower room/toilet. Minute washbasin. No room for wash bag, shaving equipment. All pool beds taken before 6am. No sunbeds on beach.
