Atmosphere was beautiful, nice pool area, and breakfast is great!

The bathroom was a bit outdated in the room we stayed in but still very clean.

Resort with beautiful garden and pool.The room is big with nice furniture made of wood. Very very good.Very quiet and peaceful.Breakfast good.Friendly staff.

Coffee (instant coffee only) and tea (1 tea bag for 2 liter water is not enough) was not good.The gym actually a nice big building, but is in a very poor condition, no maintenance, old not working equipment, old dirty carpet. There is a free transport to the beach that is very convenient, but at the beach the shop is very spartan furnished with a limited selection of drinks and food. The last transport back to the resort is at 4 p.m.. This is a pity because it is the best time to spend at the beach, last transport back at 6 p.m. would be much better.There's not much going on nearby the resort in the evening. A motorcycle is necessary.

The hotel garden and pool were very beautiful! I would like to really praise the hotel employee Mr Somphong (Deer)! He was very pleasant, helpful and had the best English skills of the hotel staff. He deserves a reward and a promotion!

The pigeons on the ceiling of the dining area were unpleasant, flying and spreading dust and feathers. Unclear was the so-called hotel beach where the hotel shuttle took us. This place was terrible.

The staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly, they really go the extra mile for you, even helped me put my sunscreen on because I am solo so I needed help putting on my back. I rented scooter from them, they were super helpful about that. They gave countless recommendations! They really were fantastic. The rooms were also amazing and the pool, the fitness centre.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are comfortable and big. The pool, the garden and the gym are also beautiful. It is 10min away from sol beach by walk and to the other places you need a moto or car. The reception is a little broken and could be better.

The rooms are a little tired, and could do with an update. But this does not take away that we had a fantastic time.

The pool was clean and the garden gave a nice feeling. I really liked the atmosphere. The private beach shuttle was a plus.

Air handling unit was too loud eventough on the low option. The outdoor unit is too noisy, there should be some soundproof. The bed was a little bit hard.

Very relaxed environment in comfortable accommodation. Location was good and quiet and without the wild party scene. Good idea to take the free shuttle bus to Longstay Resort - very quiet swimming beach.

Breakfast was adequate but not sparkling. This wouldn't put us off staying there again.

The hotel was amazing! It had a beautiful pool and great spa options. The rooms were lovely and cleaned well. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Major disappointment especially for the price paid.There were a few things that we weren’t happy about at the hotel.Firstly, during check in you must sign a document to confirm that you understand that the hotel holds ‘no responsibility for loss or damage of items’, which gave us a red flag during the first five minutes of being on the property.When we queried this with the staff to elaborate further .. as to what would happen if (for example) something was stolen out of our locked room when we were out for the day, non of the 5 staff members at reception could speak much English to give us our answer they could only repeat ‘no responsibility’ numerous times over as they looked at each other bewildered. We went round in circles for over 30 minutes, in the end under duress .. we had to sign the document.The room is ok, beds are comfortable enough but bathroom is very small, outdated and grubby. We just expected more for the price.The gym facilities are mediocre, only a small number of equipment in a small non air conditioned room. I noticed at least one of the equipment was full of rust, the wooden floor outside the gym is literally falling apart over a lake and is an accident waiting to happen.When we spent the day at the pool, we weren’t offered a beach towel and there was not one staff member we saw around the grounds to ask for a pool/ beach towel or even a drink. We had to use the bathroom towel from our room to use by the pool, but upon our return to our room we noticed that the maid did not replace our bath towels because we had taken them to the pool to be used..Room service/ clean.

Breakfast was reasonable but the restaurant location is strangely placed close to the road.

The staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Wifi connection was spotless.

We had booked a Thai House with 2 separate bedrooms. The bedrooms were fine, but the layout of the house was really bad. The joint space consisted of a small (useless) indoor pool along with an open toilet, shower and bathtub. There were no chairs other than a few very uncomfortable stools. The location of the hotel is really bad with no restaurants or beach close by. They offered scooter rental onsite, which made it easy to move around though. We would not stay in the hotel again.
