- Grounds were well maintained.
- This hotel has great entertainment and an amazing spa.
Cons -
- The hotel is quite old compared to other similar 5-star hotels we have stayed at in Mexico and other locations. The interior is showing its age.
- Food was TERRIBLE! From the buffet to the restaurants, very disappointing. No one helped us with our bags or asked if we needed help. Resort seemed to cater to Spanish speaking guests. Entertainment was not good, worst all-inclusive resort. Not worth it!
- Dinner Reservations should be implemented. The front desk staff is accommodating upon check in but upon checking out, don¿t expect any courtesy. We checked out a day early due to our flight. We were told we would get a refund but they¿ve since ignored us.
