Huge rooms cleaned sail very central

Everything about our stay was excellent from the wonderful staff, buffet breakfast, our room was cleaned every day, the shower was amazing, the pool area, and the location to many restaurants and bars.

Greeted by friendly staff on arrival.Fast check in and directions to the Room were very clear .Room was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony onto a quiet Street.Smart TV but no internet, had to use hotspot data from my phone. Wasn't really an issue .2 mins walk to the beach .Close to Fox and Hounds for great food and drinks ....for late arrivals it's handy as they close at 2am, close by across the road you have Zeppelins Bar with great Live rock music....

Lovely hotel, Clean comfortable rooms, convenient location and staff are very pleasant. My mother has mobility issues and Victor was so helpful on the first day finding the contact details for a scooter rental for her and explaining our requirements over the phone to them. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, with a very kind staff.Excellent location, just a few minutes from the beach.Breakfast was good, many options and even with a orange juice machine, very cool.The room was quite big and nice. The shower was amazing, so so big with a big shower head:)In general very comfortable.

They only had shower gel and no shampoo or conditioner. When we asked, they were unable to provide any.

Hot tub didn't have jets and wasn't hot.

Impressive room size, nice decoration, place is very well located to. Staff on reception was really nice to.

The connection door to the side room...not nice when you have noise neighbors... fantastic shower space but the pressure of the water was to less....I had some doubts with the cleaning on first night....

A clean, comfortable, stylish, and spacious hotel with a nice year-round spa area (sauna, hammam, hot-tub, and pool (unheated)) and a good breakfast if you need it.

Horrendous Wi-Fi. No signal in most of the rooms and an antiquated login system that is unreliable and slow when there is signal. Bottom-line, come prepared with your own mobile data plan.The spa is closed Sunday evening and on Mondays.

The staff were brilliant, the spa was very simple but good for a chill few hours. Really enjoyed the communal area for pool and a beer.

It lacks a restaurant and definitely could be better in the summer.

I thought that 5 euros per day for the safe was a bit steep like!

I thought I'd paid for breakfast, but that was probably my mistake. I telephoned the hotel to book a room and the person on reception was not helpful at all, abrupt and actually put the phone down without saying goodbye.

The bed was okay comfy.

The night receptionist was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The parking is super tight. The room had some ugly marks on walls and furniture. The shower smelled humid and dirty. The bedside table was dirty. There’s no door to help avoiding noises from other guests.

Lovely room, comfortable and modern

Ralph on reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Made us feel like we were a hassle for him to check us in.
