Next to the waterfront and welcoming of our two small dogs.

There were a lot of children about 10-12 yrs old that were running and yelling up and down the halls for hours.

The hotel was across from the beach which was delightful even in December. Our room was large with a balcony. We found parking down the street. The property had an outdoor patio to eat, we dined at the indoor restaurant on delicious paella. The plentiful breakfast (included) offered a wonderful assortment in a big area. The staff was welcoming.

Room walls are paper thin. Can hear entire conversations happening in another room. Was a bit annoying when people return from the bar at 3am and continue to talk loudly.

We took the quadruple room and the view was absolutely stunning! Corner unit with a panormaic open view of the beach, meditteranean sea and distant mountain landscapes. The location was great and near the town centre (all the main food spots and shops). Very pleasant.

Keeping in mind this was our very first time to visit Spain; when we arrived, we were very tired and needed assitance but the reception staff was not very helpful (even dismissive at times and not friendly). We were asking some questions about car parkings and access and she was relatively aggressive about us maybe repeating some questions when we genuinely didnt undertsand and needed more information. That was on our first day so it kind of painted negative impression starting off our stay there but in all fairness during our stay we did not interact negatively anymore.

Rooms were good. We had half pension and breakfast was fine. Dinner was buffet style and the first two nights, great. After that both quality and quantity (certain products just finished and were not topped up) of dinner slipped. They have a nice terrace but the staff tried to avoid you from using certain tables and tried to redirect you what was a bit unpleasant. The location is absolutely marvelous just next to the sea and the hotel is pet-friendly.

Buffet could have been better and the use of the outside restaurant terrace should be organised in a more friendly way.

Very small pool area, limited sun loungers. No labels on evening meal dishes to indicate what they were. Limited choice if you are not a fish eater.

Excellent location

Room was lacking amenities, no face cloths, old towels, no body wash, water was smelly.

Breakfast was good. The shower was excellent.The lady on reception when we checked in was very good & helpful. The evening receptionist was rude

The hotel had many unsupervised teenagers presumably on school trips spread over all the floors. They were playing football in the corridors, shouting till 1am & again at 6.30am. We asked them to be quiet many times & just got cheeky remarks back. Most disrespectful. The corridors have cameras so clearly no staff ever looked. The language at breakfast was atrocious, constant use of the F... word. Evening receptionist dismissed our complaint.

We liked the room and the breakfast and the location. Within a 5 minute walk there was 3 lovely restaurants that allowed us to take the dog inside and eat.

The only think we did not like was that because the breakfast area is so big and it has at least three different areas, it was so sad we could not take our small dog into one of the areas with us for breakfast.

The room was really good, nice outside bar area, parking was a bonus

Breakfast was adequate,but some of the hot food was not hot and some of the pastries seem stale,also we ate in the Restuarant and again the food felt it should have been hotter. The inside bar was very dated, but was probably due a revamp like other areas have already been done

Happy to have a hotel with a parking and dogs allowed but the food was terrible.
