Hotel Jaime I

Near the beach, even though we only went there once. The place was pretty kid friendly with a water playground (enough for small children) and activities at night.The price was accessible so if you don´t go with high expectation, you´ll have a good time. Definitely not a place you go to REST.

The food, very bland, the menu was monotonous and boring, not enough meats.Checking/Parking is a nightmare. You can´t park outside while you check-in so you have to leave the car out with the risk of getting a ticket. Also you can´t park before check-in. In fairness, once parked everything is OK. They give you a remote control to enter the parking.You have to pay 50 euros cash besides the parking fee to get the remote control, that 50 euros is refunded when you check out and give back the remote.

The pool is nice, the food were delicious

About our room, it's not clean there so many finger prints on a television,the mirror also is not clean , the floor is dirty and the bathroom smells so really bad ,I think the vatter stinks so badly (tuberia) .I went down to the reception to resolve it and if its possible to change our room.but they said No. Because the hotel is full So disappointing

Location, friendliness of personal, buffet variability, WIFI, water slides.

Very very long check-in line (REALLY NOT ENOUGH STAFF): it took almost 1 hour to check in regardless of the fact I had checked in online. Not many people speak English/French. Lines even to the buffet (they go quite fast but the fact that they exist got me upset). Too many people in the hotel!!! Access to the pool was sometimes “blocked” due to the huge number of people, particularly afternoon.

Best location. Best Hotel with Best facilities,specially fir Families. Must RECOMMENDED.

The Beds. Family rooms were too small and only 3 beds for a family of 4. And they did not consider to change in a family room. That was POOR

All the pools and slides for the kids keep them interested at all times and it was very clean and my kids are very wild and I was bit nervous with them but the staff was so understanding of children

The entertainment wasn’t in English and they could of made better effort for English speakers and the life guards was to busy chatting and on their phones to be watching kids you defo need keep your eyes on your kids at all times I no you would any were u go but these life guards was not paying attention to children in the pools

Charging for car parking. I have never experienced a hotel charging for parking. No spaces available parking in local area impossible. Had to pay 200 euro in parking x 4 days

Value for money great selection for breakfast ? great atmosphere around the whole hotel.

Queue too long at check in need more staff checking in people. And if you just have a general query, you have to join a very long check-in queue to get it answered. They need or should have a separate customer service desk for general queries. Also no air con in room I believe it doesn't work til June. Very hot at night

rooms were very clean, adequate space for our 5 day stay with our daughter, lots of lounge chairs around the pool, fantastic outdoor playground

Great facilities for children, they loved the water park, swimming pools and playground.

Great hotel. Location, Food and water slides were brilliant. Will highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

They have restaurant but some management improvement needed when there is queue inside the restaurant on live cooking areas. Always have a queue is not a good sign. Also hotpool should not be charged seperately. This should be included in the price of the room.

Unbelievable amount of queues from checking in total of 4 hours to check in, to huge waiting queue for breakfast and tea, hotel was full of Spanish people whom were very rude towards us , we weren't made to feel welcome,

Cleanliness

Terrible noise from groups of children at night. Banging on doors runnibg up exit stairs on 3rd abd 4th floors . I spoke to their coaches and hotel staff but it didnt stop. Still banging at 11pm. I was with my grandchildren and this was totally unacceptable behaviour. Disappointing that hotel ignored me!!

Food: Full board, it was like a food festival. Buffet style, so much to choose from, never seen anything like it before.

Crowd, a lot of noise in the night and along the corridors

The swimming area was nice and big. Had dinner and breakfast. The food was delicious.Beach was walking distance.

Checking in pricess was extremely slow in person. Tried to do it online or kiosk, but it didn't recognize my passport(it never happened in other places). Place was massive with hundreds of school kids. All night, they didn't sleep and made insane amounts of noise. We couldn't sleep at all. The place is in the middle of renovation. No parking lot was opened, and only one elevator was working in our building.

Only stayed one night, but was a lovely hotel with a great location, clean spacious rooms and very friendly staff

Reception stuff was excellent , clean , and very close location to portadventura , free parking close to hotel . Breakfast was good

Room was super nice.Pool side was really nice.All and all, i could go there again.

Breakfast and dinner was too full of people, no organized at all. Pretty dirty as well.Pool bar wasnt pretty expensive.But yeah, all good, i could go again.

Plenty to do for the children. Entertainment was brilliant.

Toilets needed cleaned more often in comunal toilets. All inclusive you could only use one bar so had to walk across from one side of hotel to the other. Couldn’t use pool bar.
