Pros +
- Clean and well kept facilities. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Good buffet spread.
- Room was nice and clean, staff in every morning cleaning, food and little over priced for buffet but its what you expect at a all inclusive property (we only had bed) a little out of season but nice and quite ?
- The hotel itself looks nice, beautiful view but not quite 4* hotel. If you go there to relax, be prepared to hear every single door being slammed, and their pillows need changing - most uncomfortable pillows i ever slept. Food is not bad, but it could be better for a 4* hotel or at least hot.
Cons -
- Lack of towels in the Spa. You had to use your room towels
- I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. The booking process was overly complicated and unlike any I’ve encountered before. Instead of charging my credit card at the time of booking, the hotel insisted on sending a payment link—a process that felt suspicious and unprofessional. The link didn’t work despite multiple attempts, and when I contacted the hotel, they claimed there was an issue with my credit card. However, after checking with my bank, it was clear the fault was on the hotel’s end.Upon arrival, things didn’t improve. The check-in process was painfully slow, taking more than 45 minutes, which was incredibly frustrating after a long journey. Even the dining experience was mixed—while the evening meal was just okay, the buffet lacked food labels for nearly half the items, making it difficult to know what was available. That said, breakfast was the one highlight, offering a great selection.Adding to the frustration, from the time of booking to arrival, I received around eight messages from the hotel—far too many and completely unnecessary. Overall, the disorganized payment process, slow service, and mediocre dining experience make this a hotel I would not recommend. There are certainly better options with smoother booking procedures and better service.
- CHECK-IN: It took 50 minutes to check-in (at 00:30 AM, while we have no energy for waiting) without any jokes although we had a PAID reservation from booking.com! And unfortunately they stated that it is a normal procedure it always takes that much time while you are having your first stay in their hotel. However it was not my first accommodation in Spain so I don't think that it was a true excuse. NO SLIPPERS in the hotel who calls itself as a SPA hotel, while I have asked for it they reacted like it is a normal thing to not having it.

Hotel very very clean not far from Beach and bus stop and shops and restaurants . Room and shower and bathroom clean and very good . Food amazing and very diverse and a lovely dessert. Food was very tasty . Girl and soups was very hot but no facility for keep warm other food so Very nice foods but very cold . But still food was amazing. Drink just morning you can have hot drinks and cold drinks and also breakfast was amazing . Gym and indoor swimming pool have to pay not including. I think wasn’t fair. Reception and staff all very nice and welcoming. One problem was doors in hotel rooms. Doors looks was very nice and scannable for lock and open the door but if any one close the doors in any floor or next rooms incredibly noisy you need jump from bed . I never seen This noisy door any hotel in all the world. In all hotel all very good ? I recommend and also nice balcony and free outdoor swimming pools . If you want to come from airport you need to come to reuse and take other bus cost together £5 for each person . You can go to Barcelona with direct bus £15 one way to harts Barcelona.
Really nice hotel and smells divine when you walk in the door! Indoor pool for those wet weather days. Staff were lovely, room was very clean and modern. Location to the beach was good also.
Very good breakfast

Excellent facilities and food and extremely reasonably priced. It's on the quieter end of town so if you want to explore the busier end of the nightlife it's just a short taxi away, but was perfect for our trip.
Clean, big room with Balcony, Equipment was in very good condition and new (TV-bathroom-beds, furniture etc.). Fair and if I go further, more than fair very advantageous price and I would prefer to stay again.

Good location. Clean room. Wide Chose and tasty breakfast. But the room for 3 was realy tiny.
Small room
Was quiet which is great. Breakfast buffet is just awesome
Bathroom shower tub needs serious cleanup.
Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning ladies are great at freshening up the room and making sure everything is spotless. The breakfast was nice enough, there were different breakfast options available on different days. Lots of entertainment provided for the guests which is good especially if you have small kids. The pool area isn’t very large but the staff make sure to remove any towels on loungers that have been left there for a long time which is good as others are able to get a spot! Overall, great stay.
Pretty much everything.
The entertainment was either Karaoke or Bingo or a third rate magician. Would have been better with a professional act or two.The Spa need proper swimming pool flooring at the entrance so that I am less likely to slip on the way to the toilets damaging my shoulder, cutting my head and heavily bruising my thigh. Flip flops are not enough to prevent this type of accident. Also there should be someone permanently on duty at the desk.
Breakfast was varied and multi choice scrambled and fried eggs, bacon was not the best but always plentiful, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, potato cakes and hash browns, plenty of cold meats and pastries, I felt the dining room could have been better arranged. All teas were fruit teas. No english breakfast teas. Two coffee machines which were troublesome most mornings and there was always a queue Good choice of breads and fruits. Juices were not what I would call real juices. Breakfast was served up to 11 o'clock and there was always plenty.
After we paid on arrival for our rooms, we were given wrist bands which we were told we had to have on to get breakfast and it was scanned at the desk at the dining room every morning. It made me feel like a convict having to wear this band. The same band opened your room door. You were not told that you could carry this band in your bag or pocket it was secured on your wrist at reception. I did not like that you could only pay at the bar by bank card. No cash accepted. On our first night there which was a Saturday night, we thought we would have a few drinks and enjoy the entertainment. However, we were asked to leave the lounge before midnight and that was the only time waiters came to our table. Four of them arrived and asked us to move out to the area outside the bar to finish our drinks. One of them waited at our table until we moved. We felt intimidated. We did not drink at their bar after that which meant that we had to go elsewhere. We were on a weeks holiday and were surprised and disappointed at being ordered to move. We do not drink to excess and were just a quiet group of 4 people who expected to be able to sit comfortably in a hotel lounge for which we paid well. While beds were made up daily rooms were not cleaned daily. Bins left unemptied a few days and balcony table had same stain on it for most of the week. One day we got 3 hand towels and 1 bath towel. It was a double occupancy room and when I asked cleaner for bath towel she could not understand me. However I did get one when I requested one at reception. I have never gone to a hotel without a book in the room with information for guests on useful information regarding the phone number for reception and local entertainment etc. There was a QR code which you could scan for this information apparently but we were not told this when we checked in. I expected more from this hotel and wouldn't be inclined to return.
Pool always in the shade
Pool is in the shade all day pretty much as surrounded by high rises, I spent every day at the beach because of this. Other than that was nice pleasant stay,
The ladies on the reception were amazing, they were so accommodating, caring and friendly and were definitely the best part of my stay. The barman was so friendly and good fun. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily. There was a lot of food at the breakfast buffet. It’s a very short walk to a beautiful beach and there’s some lovely restaurants and bars nearby.
The male receptionist the first night was incredibly rude to me, however I was given a complimentary spa ticket by the lovely lady the following morning and she apologized. The rooms are not at all sound proof so you can hear EVERYTHING. I could hear the room next to me enjoy each other on a couple of occasions. There was a drunk loud man shouting in his room across from mine at 2:30am, that continued on for almost an hour and I had to get up and get dressed to attend reception as the phone didn’t work. They did have a security officer on site, who rectified it immediately. The facilities were kind of a let down but to be fair they’re making the best of what the have. The outdoor pool area was in the shade a huge portion of the time, and you have to pay extra to use the gym and the indoor swimming pool. I kept getting bitten in bed, I think there was mosquitos in the sheets, however this was rectified when I alerted reception and they had the cleaners do a deep clean and it certainly was not as bad. I stayed for dinner one night, it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t be inclined to do all inclusive.
I stayed there 6 days and i appreciate how personel is helpful even with some trip advices they were really kind and explain things. Rooms were cleaned everyday actually i cannot complain i can truly recommend. Breakfast was also quite good and various
I would only make lower prices for SPA because 15 euro for 1 hour is not good price compare what this SPA providing but anyway i was enjoying :)
There are pros and cons. Pros: location, food, polite staff.
There are pros and cons. Pros: location, food, polite staff. There are more disadvantages: (waiting time in the room at 4 p.m. too long, no bed linen changed :( The small swimming pool in the photo looks bigger, smelly sewage in the bathroom and the last noisy neighbors after 11 p.m. who think they are alone, the massacre of... And one more thing, when I booked through booing.com, the hotel sent a strange page saying that I have to pay now for demand, if I don't pay my reservation will be canceled, it's a bit strange and stressful
All staff were polite , always smiling all areas were spotless always someone checking areas were clean.surprised to find a small fridge ideal perfect for a cold drink in the room. Air con.
The pool was freezing & lots of pine needles floating on top even cones at the bottom of pool.
