How close it was to the park, and the free tickets that you get for the park, and how close it was to the train station.

The queues for the park, we only managed 5 rises on the 1st day, we managed 15 in Europa park in Germany 2 days later and that was just as busy. The have get more people on mode rides just as quick. We only managed 1 ride in Ferrari land

The buffet breakfast and dinner was in good variety and tasty. Bed's mattress was comfy.

The room had a very strong mold smell which even with the use of a/c could not be lightened, and our staying at the room was quiet unpleasing. Also our room was connecting with another one without the ability to be locked by us! The pool area gets very dirty from the crowd and the water from the pool. Also there is sand around the pool which ends up at the bottom of the pool!

Room was v poor, no fridge, poor air con, shower broken, safe broken, staff knocking on door at midnight looking for something left in the room

Most Horrible Experience – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel!I would rate this as a 2-star, or at best a low 3-star hotel. We are a family of four and usually stay in quality 4-star hotels or resorts in Benidorm or Terra Mítica. This time, we decided to try the PortAventura area, but unfortunately, this hotel fell far below expectations and did not meet 4-star standards.Warning for Booking.com users: Pay close attention when booking — the hotel is listed as “PortAventura Hotel El Paso,” which is not the same as the main “PortAventura Hotel”. This misleading listing was a trick. Even Booking.com customer service didn’t respond when I raised the issue. It’s very deceptive and causes you to miss booking the main, higher-quality hotel with same price!Our Experience:1.Wrong Room on Arrival: We were checked into a completely different room than the one we booked. After complaining, the customer relations manager apologized and changed our room.2.Dirty Bathroom: The washbasin still had toothpaste stains and dirt in the sink. I had to complain to cleaned.3.Noisy Environment: A loud DJ event was held near the hotel. At 1 AM, I called the reception because we couldn’t sleep and asked for a room change. I was told there were no available rooms and that it would last until 4 AM. It finally ended at 5 AM! I requested to be moved to another room or relocated to a similar hotel, but Laura, the customer relations supervisor, was completely unhelpful.2nd night we could sleep again by 5am!Overall: The hotel staff clearly lack the basic skills and professionalism required in hospitality.•Rooms are outdated, with old furniture and bathrooms.•The bathroom was dirty when we arrived.•Corridors had chipped walls and dirty floors. Even the hotel public bathrooms were very dirty.•The pool water had sand in it and wasn’t clean.•The buffet food was very basic and repetitive. ( Restaurants staffs were very good.

I didn’t like anything

The bed had bed bugs, not room service also the restaurants close at 10:30 witch if you go back from tha park by 11 so you can’t have dinner

excellent location, good size, big variety of food on half board , but very noisy on the dinner, noisy during the nights.

air conditioner didn’t work, upon check in one our 3 rooms didn’t look like it didn’t get cleaned dead bugs, sheets, pillowcase and bed comforters had blood and were dirty. Food was nit the best same thing everyday.

Most Staff were great

Mattress was slanted and you roll off the bed. Room air con didn’t work. Contacted receptionist they said they would move us. They did not .

Everything was very well organised and we were well informed about the check-in process and breakfast dinner timings and reservations.

Rooms were a bit bad smelling.

They were making a strike.. first 2 days breakfast was amazing but last day only few items available for breakfast

The hotel is amazing and super clean

We encountered many problems from the first step we took in the hotel. Looked like all staff of portoavventura had a strike going on. From hotel staff, breakfast and dinner, park rides all were affected. Waiting time was too much like 3 hours to tell you that ride is now closed. To open it again after 15 mins making you loose all the time. Breakfast at the hotel was also affected as not to much selection was there because of the strike. All staff talk only Spanish at the park also

Location , restaurant was very good, plenty of choice, however it was expensive for children

We were only informed of the "legal strike" the day before arrival, check-in is an absolute joke, queued for over an hour, and that wasn't even the day of the strike, the evening restaurant was opened at 7.30 which is late when we had children in our party, towels were scarce, no grab rail in the bath/shower, a definite slip hazard, smart TV would be expected in this hotel

Close to the park and very good breakfast. The pool area was nice but it was cold for us when we were there so we didn't use it

You had to pre-book breakfast, eating times and the queue to get into the restaurant was massive. You had a set time (1 hour) to finish your meal which we didn't like.

Disappointing. No sound proof, we could hear absolutely every sound from the outside of our room - corridor, outside noises. Room has only very basic essentials: shower gel, soap and “shampoo”. No fridge. Not a 4* rate at all. Location is good though - close to the park. But NOT coming back for sure and happy we only stayed one night. Another night would be difficult to handle.

The blanket had holes in it, we found spiders.The room was cleaned before we entered it, but the cleaning lady did not come every day as it should, but only in the last day. The toiled seat also had 3 holes in it as it was broken apart. It was suuuch a big noise every night with all the teenagers running the hallways. We asked them to be more quiet because it was already 11 a clock but it did not matter. We fall asleep and got up several times during the night becuase of the noise. Very very annoying.

Great location . Clean . Great staff . Good food

The hotel staff were very friendly and the check in process was very smooth. Having the access to portaventura was definitely a big plus! The room was spacious, very clean, and very quiet so we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, beautiful pool (unfortunately not open) good breakfast. Rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable.

There are only two good things about the hotel: location and WiFi

Everything . It’s not a 4 stars hotel. There are no mini bar, water, cattle, glasses, sleepers, robes in the room. There is a bathtub that you can not use because it doesn’t close. Only 1 restaurant is working on buffet 2 times a day for few hours. No spa, indoor swimming poolRoom service is not working Dishes are dirty in restaurant Breakfast is very poor and the same everyday. You can find only big variety of bakery It can be good if hotel is 2 stars but not 4 definitely
