    Pros +

    • Great staff, very helpful especially Alice on reception, the pool area is excellent, not too strict with a fun atmosphere, the food is pretty good though we ate out a lot as we prefer to wander.
    • Amazing sea view, spacious apartment, really nice breakfast- normal bacon :)
    • Spotless clean...very spacious hotel..

    Cons -

    • Not much to be honest, it's pretty good though a proper coffee machine in the rooma nd freezer compartment in the fridge would be nice, the air con setting can be a bit fiddly.
    • Watered down orange juice the only negative from the breakfast and the pools are a little small
    • It was end of season so everything was quiet so they closed the restaurant during the day and entertainment didn't go ahead..lot people cancelled cos of the floods I guess..so it was disappointing for us that were staying there that we had to do without.

The rooms very spacious and enough beds for families

No free parking, the kids pool freezing and they had a small jacuzzi that was heated it may have been better to just warm up the kids pool instead of the small jacuzzi..

the aparthotel was very accommodating, the rooms were excellent and the hotel contains a lot of amenities, such as bar, snackbar till late, supermarket nearby, receptionist and entertainment for adults and kids

All was fine, just a quick note, street free parking was minutes away, but you can load and unload infront of hotel... the main village salou you need to go by car or walk a bit to arrive to the centre

The rooms were spotless, very spacious and bright. The cleaners came in every day to clean the rooms and changed the bed linen 3 times while we were there. Having shower gel and shampoo supplied was an added bonus. The receptionists were very helpful with information.

Would have liked more cupboard space for food.

Spacious 2 bed apartment with large sea view balcony

Only one bathroom. Needs more mirrors n coat hangers?

    10LorrainePosted on: 9-8-2024

Everything was close to us, bus stop taxi. Supermarket, bar cafe, laundry. It was so stress free

Apartment is perfect for a family of 4+. Good value for money, properties around the area are more expensive.

You are getting a great deal with the room, but the rest of the hotel feels a bit short in quality (not bad at all, but quite basic). so if you are planning to just staying in it may be worth it to pay extra and book a better hotel.

Nice view from the room (5th floor), location, cleaning

Cold water in the pool, most boring entertainment Iˇve ever seen, people smoking around at the balconies

    6MelisaPosted on: 8-25-2024

It’s location was good, close to a few nice restaurants, beach and the supermarket attached was reasonable. Bar food ok. The evening entertainment was good we did the pub quiz a few times was good fun! I used the wash machine which were very good. .

The baby pool only had one tiny slide in it they could do with more slides and easily fit them in.The kids club was too early from 10am to 11am only nothing else. There was activists in the afternoon but club closed after this time. There was always long hairs in the large pool and one day there was a poo in the large pool. Life guard just took it out and didn’t clear the pool and/or out in new cleaning products, nothing! This was gross! The bar food is all served on paper plates even if not taking it away! We had a car- parking at hotel is expensive and nightmare to try park on the road.

The communal areas The pool area The food

The air conditioning was very poor. Had it checked but wasn’t any better. WiFi was terrible. Some staff were rude. Most were helpful and friendly.

    7EdelPosted on: 7-2-2024

The area was perfect. Rooms were nice. Local beach was great, good waves. Staff were lovely. Loads of places to eat nearby with all good food. Grace omalleys, route 66 and la pancho

Pool was cold.no cooker or freezer. Apartments were very noisey, could hear chairs being moved about constantly. If you like pints of beer I would not order from bar as they are flat.

kids loved the entertainment In the evening and water polo, jenga, pool & Bingo

    8PovilasPosted on: 6-17-2024

Entertainer was great, big pool, there is something to do for children an adults alike. Close to the small beach, some interesting trails around. Rooms are big with a giant balcony. Really good breakfast.

Beds and sheets inside the hotel are very slippery due to really strange mattress. Food is also rather average except for breakfast.

    8StewartPosted on: 6-15-2024

Great size room, modern and bright with everything you need in an apartment. Lovely view and very clean and tidy with good housekeeping.

The entertainment is far too loud..it needs turning down a little. The entertainment for families is great, but honestly but no one needs to hear 'Baby Shark' ect playing at loud decibels lol ? same with Karaoke night! Sound level Just needs lowering..The over-loudness of the sound system is my only criticism. Everything else was top notch and it's a great place ?

The sea view rooms are 100% worth the upgrade charge - in an evening it’s beautiful. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and the housekeepers come in every day to do a quick tidy. The kitchen facilities are great. The location is great for going into Salou or La Pineda, and there is a bus stop a minute walk from the hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and can’t wait to go back.

Noise from the other hotel - but this didn’t take away from my visit. When other guests were setting up their rooms in an evening, it sounded like a herd of elephants - but again, not the hotels fault - all the rooms have tiled floors.

The American lady on reception was lovely. Lots of things for kids to do, beautiful quiet location

    Liked it all.

    10ChristophPosted on: 4-23-2024

The very friendly and welcoming receptionist with truely Californian spirit! The room and big terrace are a plus.

It was a bit loud from time to time as the fellow guests didn't really care for each other...

    7NikitaPosted on: 4-16-2024

bed were comfy, lovely room. nice little heated pool. Beautiful area and good entertainment for kids

bed sheets on my daughters bed wasnt changed for the full week. bed was just remade. not sure if ours was. big pool and kids pool not heated. Had to move room at 2am due to one of the solar panels coming off and making a consistint loud noise. Staff handled this very good though.
