Staff friendly and helpful,food good,enough options for all tastes. View from balcony was good,sea View. Jacuzzi area very nice,water worm enough,only weather didn't cooperative with us...was rainy and cloudy. Room were cleaned daily.Good bingo nights ?

This is not the first time we have been on vacation, the conditions have worsened, especially in terms of food! Everything was prepared from cheap ingredients! not much tasty, everything is mediocre. Poor sound insulation, neighbors made it difficult to sleep!

i cant even behind the describe how awful the food was, not only was the selection tiny but most foods weren’t cooked right and had a horrible tangy taste. I’m not one to complain and this is my first bad review ever that’s how disgusted i was with this place. The hot tubs were cold and a blonde woman on the bar was nothing but rude and refused to help in any way, i also whitenesses her shout and throw around ice when a man simply asked what time the food was open. The beds were rock hard and the cleaners were appalling everything was dirty and stained. The only english chanel’s i found were the news or a show about rape!! disgusting !! They also say that they provide kids club but this is far from the truth. There’s so many things wrong with this hotel i think it’s better to call it a morgue. Safe to say i will not be recommending nor visiting this place ever again.

Had a pool and all inclusive seemed good. Good location for Cap Salou with lovely coves nearby. Air conditioned rooms with balconies

Bartender was extremely rude towards guests, ignoring requests, looking at guests when they request something and walking away afterwards to serve other people. Complaint was lodged due to behaviour as bartender regularly ignored guests. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, I would not recommend to anyone experiencing any back/ neck/muscularsceletal issues. Rooms were cleaned to a minimal standard, rubbish wasn’t cleared and hairs were in bathroom upon arrival.

Very lovely staff and service , clean and comfortable rooms with strong air conditioning. Loved the evening spanish dances .. good prices for food and drinks , very thankful and glad for my choice

Actuallly nothing - it was very full and the guest were really loud until 5-6 in the morning. We thought there I a hotel parking and it was included but they charged us 15€ and we even didn’t get almost out.

Basic room but adequate. Breakfast OK but evening meal was disappointing. Busy place. Lots of happy families. Kids entertainment. Nice pool. Nice roof top jacuzis. Friendly staff.

I like the location, it is a beautiful place, I have been going to that area for 26 years, and I love it ??

Uncooked fried eggs, black hairs in the bacon, and big fat cockroaches in my room, also no so channels at all, every other nationality channels, buttons are restricted on the remote, can't even change the existing channels to English, the only buttons that you could use were on, off Nd volume, nothing g else. Last year they had all the English channels, when I asked why, the receptionist said, well you are in Spain, I found this quite racist!!

The entertainment was poor, hotel very dated, no fridge in room, no table on balcony, no English TV channels. Nobody showered before going into pool.

The location of the hotel was perfect as I had friends staying in a neighbouring hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall I was solo travelling because I was meeting friends staying close by so the hotel was ok for what I needed.

I think the hotel is a little dated, perhaps needs a little modification. The air conditioning was not working during the day, it would only come on in the evening so was a little uncomfortable whilst getting ready if you were in the room in the day.

Very friendly, supportive staff, room cleanness, variety of food and cocktails.

Pool ,very clean rooms and adults only rooftop terrace.( although staff turned a blind eye...if you were spanish) food was ok always something you can eat .

When we were there,large group of Spanish children on school trip,very noisy keeping people awake...running up an down corridor throwing stuff from room to room,playing loud music,when we complained,as many others did, staff just shrugged and said phone 9 on telephone,and security....which never saw.....Will attend,we stated 5 nights ,and for at least 3 of those....there were complaints about them. Maybe limit group bookings to a certain number....or better still.....get staff/security to actually do something about it!!! Pity as they seemed to spoil it for most of guests I spoke to .

Location near to great beaches of cap du salou. English satellite TV channels, reception staff made an extra effort.

Old tired decor, poor variety of food, long queues at restaurant, no free tap water offered with evening meal. Place felt old and tired , in need of a total renovation.

The hotel was over priced for a out of date hotel the hotel could do with a refurb it had old furniture and the food was shocking

The view from our room 5th floor was nice. Access to the breakfast and pool bar.

wifi access was complicated
