The staff were lovely and were very helpful anytime we asked for anything.Breakfast had good variety, but some of the hot food was a little cold at times. Pastry selection was great!!Shower in the room was amazing and having a smart TV in the room was fantastic (no hotel wifi however).Good location with access to shops, restaurants and bars and very close to beach.

The beds were a little hard and quite uncomfortable at times. You could hear a lot from the other rooms.The wifi in the hotel didn't reach our room, so we had to use our phone to hotspot the tv (storm raging outside so we needed to use the tv a lot!) The cleaning staff only change the bedsheets if you strip the bed yourself and sometimes forgot to fill the shampoo bottle or give more toilet paper.

The beds was ridiculously uncomfortable broke everyone’s back for the week , house keeping was rare which is un sanitary , the pools was freezing , barley no entertainment at all and there staff was rude and not friendly at all ! Breakfast was always cold no matter what you ordered , also requested gluten free bread and non was available

The location was good

Check in took over 1.5 hours as only one person on reception at any time, asked for a late check out was told no so I had to pay for another night and then the room was not available for another three hours so I paid for a full night for one hour.

Since we arrived the receptionist was really un polite. The hotel was good but not what we were expecting. Especially for the bad treatment of this women. Everytime that you ask something was with bad attitude . So bad feeling. Mu husband make a formal complain can you imagine.

Big clean rooms with air con,decent breakfast with good selection.

Shower had no good setting,water kept going red hot then freezing cold,not good if you have kids.Bathrooms were very strange with no doors or shower curtains.

Woke up during the night to the bedroom infested with flys , all over the ceiling , walls , floor , in the bed , reported to the staff reception and they were no help after a hour , we finally got moved rooms , but we were down graded to a much more smaller room , the bed in the 2nd room was filthy with hair on it and in the bathroom . The hotel had schools was kept awake most nights till 4/5 in the morning over the noise of screaming and shouting , and no staff ever attempted to stop this

Breakfast was good

There was too much noise, which made us unable to sleep. They started drilling hole and repairing as early as 6am. It was too early for someone on holidays who would like to sleep in.

The food was great, breakfast offered a plentiful and varied choice even for picky eaters. The lunch menu was very filling and tasty, definitely recommend eating here.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom.

The room was basic but clean and had air conditioning which is much needed in the summer heat. The breakfast had lots of variety with both hot and cold options, it was tasty and there were plenty of food and you can help yourself buffet style.

The reception was busy when we arrived and checked out and there was only 1 person on which meant it was a little slow to process. On the positive, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Swimming pool looked nice, but we didn't use it and breakfast was fine. However, there is no way to pay less if you don't want to take it. It's already included in the price (the don't give you option not to pay it)

I would say two stars... The beds were horrible and the rooms were ok, but looked pretty old for the price we paid. They only had one person working at reception and we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in

When we arrived I asked about the parking, if I can park on the street and where is the hotel parking. The receptionist said the way and nothing more. We passed the first gate to the parking where the second gate did not opened. I tried to call to reception, which was answered after 10 minutes of waiting without an option to leave the middle part of the parking. Then they said the parking costs 12€ per night, which should be in my opinion included in price of the room and I do not even start with the behaviour of the receptionist that send me few times back for something and was chewing food while talking to me. I mean ... Also when we entered the room on toilet was the tape which says cleaned and when we opened it it was beyond my words full of sh..t. The airconditioning was not working. When we tried to start it up, it was running only for minutes which was not enough to get rid of the heat in the room.To be honest I do not think the hotel deserves 3 stars. Maybe one and that´s for the breakfast.

Location was great. Staff especially receptionist were very helpful and friendly.

We went off season so a lot of services and facilities were still closed . Bedrooms were a little bit small but otherwise for the price no complaints. Staff were friendly .

The room was really really dirty. There was hairs everywhere - the shower, under the bed, IN the bed, the water in the sink stayed in the sink and flush through the sink. The room was cold and at night it was really noisy.
