    Pros +

    • Good facility and money value
    • The kids really enjoyed the evening parties and the game centre. Breakfast had a good range of options suitable for children, though it would have been nice to see more vegetables included. The hotel offered an entertainment program for both adults and kids. .The staff at the bar and buffet were especially kind and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There was also a photographer capturing moments with the kids—this was a thoughtful touch, and we now have some beautiful professional photos as a keepsake, although the price was a bit on the higher side.
    • The food at breakfast and dinner was really good, different choices everyday

    Cons -

    • They told us our reservation wasn't valid for the room we booked- charged us more money for my 6 year old daughter to stay with us- told us we wouldn't be getting a crib like requested and as was advertised -
    • Not all staff members are welcoming Cleaning is ok but not all room coins are being cleaned on a daily basis
    • The hotel seemed to have taken in more guests than it could comfortably manage, which led to overcrowding and visibly overwhelmed staff, particularly at the reception. The balcony furniture was quite dirty and dusty. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities that are typically expected in a 4-star hotel, such as a kettle, slippers, and toothbrushes. Although a telephone was available in the room, attempts to reach reception went unanswered. We often had to wait in long lines for breakfast and even to get a simple drink at the bar

The food at breakfast and dinner was really good, different choices everyday

Room was pretty small, small balcony, thin walls . Floor could have been cleaner We stayed on a half board basis so didn’t like having to pay for water with our evening meal .Restaurant was extremely busy.Long queue for coffee at breakfast time

Great space and facilities. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and cleaned everyday. We were half board and food was great so was good value for money. It is a huge hotel so lots of lovely space to hang about inside and out. Games room for young ones is well stocked, main bar allowed for everyone to enjoy with dance floor and bistro tables to the front, pool tables to the side and sofas to the back so you could relax or play cards etc. Felt very safe for family and teens. It also meant we could be together but do what we want.

The hotel is a 20 min walk to main strip and beach. It was great during the day but at night found we didn't venture back so missed the night time atmosphere and the fountains. The weather wasn't amazing so not sure how I'd have felt bringing all my beach stuff down either. Was handy out to cap salou and such great facilities there was no massive need to leave.

Nice hotel in good location. Rooms were clean. Had to ask for towels but I got them once asked for.

Food not great. Had breakfast included but only went down twice for it.

    Good

Breakfast area to busy difficult to find what was required no staff to assist.

    8PaulPosted on: 4-19-2025

Buffet was excellent. Room was huge. Plenty of towels and cleaning and reception staff were great.

No kettle or drink making available in room. Security staff was a little petty about the kids playing football on a grassed area.

Staff were very friendly and it was spotless.

Ye need more coffee machines for breakfast. It took too long to get a coffee in the morning.

    6TraceyPosted on: 4-18-2025

The facilities were perfect, prices for drinks were affordable. There was everything you needed

Just found that security were not nice. When your on holidays you should be aloud to have a sing song with been told stop. The night club side should be open later then 1pm

Had a lovely week at the hotel. The pictures on booking.com did not do it justice as it has been recently refurbished. The only downside was the number of teenagers staying at the hotel at the same time, which made it busy during meals. Plus, the air-conditioning was blowing warm air, which meant we had to sleep with the balcony door open. Other than this, we had a pleasant time and would definitely recommend it as it was good value for money.

The staff were lovely and helpful except for when we called for house keeping as we found hair in our room upon checking in. Check in was quick as was checking out too. The breakfast was okay but my family did not enjoy the dinner very much.

The room has ants and hair. The mini fridge and AC were broken. We mentioned it to the receptionist but not much was done. The food for dinner was that great either.

We liked the food and the staff were very nice.

No air conditioning in the room which means we did not get a good night's sleep over our 3 day stay. We were in suds of sweat every night even with leaving the patio door open, not good. Very disappointed.

Location was perfect. Staff very helpful. Great variety of food for dinner.

    The beds were very creaky.

very nice hotel, staff is very helpful and friendly. Food was good and very different. Room nice and clean. It has few restaurants, disco. It is not far from the central beach, 15 min walk distance, with plenty of bar and shops. To the nearest quiet beach about 7-10 min walk. Teenagers and adult will have what to do there 100%. I will recommend this for sure ?

Close your the beach, pools were great for the kids + the entertainment was good.

    Staff were a little abrupt.

    8KarenPosted on: 10-20-2024

Staff were great. Hotel was spotless and food was plentiful.

Rear pool only open for 4 hours each day.

    8VickiPosted on: 10-19-2024

Food everyday was excellent with a wide variety of choice

We thought full board included the drink and only found out when we arrived that it didn’t do that was disappointing but other than that it was very good

Fantastic location, just around the corner from the main strip and a short stroll to the beach, Rooms newly refurbished with a decent sized balcony, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Hairdryer on the wall in the bathroom. Fridge in the room but no kettle.Food is lovely!

    Nothing!

We stayed for a long weekend as we spend two days in Portaventura and we found a good deal which included half board. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options and the dinner had also a great options, there was definitely something for everyone. The rooms were renovated and clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great for us as it was just a 10 min drive to Portaventura.

The hotel itself could do with a major renovation. The outside of the hotel has paint falling off, cracks everywhere and looks outdated, you can tell there is major wear and tare. The beds weren't the comfiest either. Overall for what we paid we were satisfied.
